Nice.  Here's an interesting story about how we tried to use heavy bombers to blast our way through the German defenses near St. Lo and break out of the Normandy beachhead...and accidentally bombed the crap out of our own troops in the process.  My grandfather was a ball turret gunner on one of those bombers that morning.

Looks like Castle Combe (pronounced "coom") in Wiltshire - scenes from Doctor Dolittle (pronounced "doolittle") were filmed there.

You're right. They also filmed War Horse there.
