Actually Adman12 - I think "aim to maim" is a pretty good idea any time you're attacked, most of the time you wouldn't know if they had a twin beforehand. Also, if I was the innocent brother, the guilty brother would be getting his ass beat for trying to blame me for his crime.

I have an evil twin. Well he's a clone actually. I grew him so I would have a supply of spare parts in case of injury/illness to myself. Oh, and I don't really know if he's evil because he's not allowed out of his tank, but I bet if he ever does become aware of his situation, he'll be really pissed at me.

CSI already did the twin theme better than anyone could hope to redo it. The criminal was not only a twin, but a Chimera twin, where he had two sets of DNA. So he would rape women, but a saliva swab would clear him. In the end they found a hair on a victim and the hair DNA matched that of his saliva, but to match DNA with his semen they had to take a blood sample. Being a Chimera twin is when two embryos (hence the different DNA) that fuse together early in development. So the resulting person is really both persons combined.

Without a trace did a story like this. A twin was killing women on the East Coast, but managed to convince his twin that he did it while he was drunk. But since he and the twin had the same DNA, there was enough reasonable doubt to keep a jury from convicting either of them. The innocent one wound up confessing, though, which sucked. The FBI agents knew better, but couldn't convince the innocent twin that he was innocent.

It was a good show.
