Well someone has to be ambassadors of Handegg so the rest of the world can watch and laugh at grown men running around in plastic armor so they don't get boo-boos

1) It's a vicious sport where severe injuries take place.
2) Boo boos?  What about soccer and all the bullshiat flopping?  It's pathetic.

Could that haircut be any more "Dumb and Dumber ?"  I wonder what kind of scratch he pays his penthouse interns to keep quiet... more frightening than Weinstein...

I played rugby in college, but I respect both sports.

/Remember all those Sundays when I woke up sore...got out of bed like an old man.

Rugby has concussion and injury issues that are being addressed and the rules kind of make it an apples to pears comparison with the NFL

Aren't you obligated to turn into a shrieking ninny about America being doomed and beyond the tipping point in all of your posts?

Make with the unhinged rant or gtfo is what I'm saying.

Seriously thinking about going to this game, I think it would be a blast. I've been to Europe, but have never been to Great Britain and would love to spend some time in London!

I friend of mine has Raiders season tickets, and he will sell one of those tickets to me...he's going as well...it's going to be a blast.

It's on October 14th.  I turn 40 earlier that month, and I wanted to do an awesome trip around that time, so this seems like the best option.  I'll probably get in Saturday and leave on Monday....and then fly out to Prague.

You might want to try going in on Friday.  In 2014, my best friend and I went to London for the North London Derby and because of the game time, we had time to take in a Leyton Orient home match.  When we got close to the stadium, we were amazed by the number of Raiders fans partying before the game at the stadium.... it was a great time.  Also, even if you are not a soccer fan, Leyton Orient's stadium is basically a bar with stands built around it..... It is a pretty cool experience.

FriarReb98: I will always despise Mount Davis.

[Dismissive wave of hand] Mount Davis is an architectural wonder compared to this abomination:

They took a really nice baseball stadium that was modeled on Dodger Stadium but much smaller with no outfield seats and turned it in to a horrible place to watch baseball AND football. They ripped out a bunch of seats in the upper deck on the third base side to build a football press box, for just one example.

Memo to all you idiots who use the "But.....but......El Lay couldn't keep two NFL teams!" nonsense: *That's* why the Rams couldn't draw fans, the mobbed up prostitute lounge singer owner and her crew couldn't extort a stadium out of Los Angeles and then Anaheim and they ended up with that.

/The one good thing the Mouse did was renovate the stadium
//Get rid of the Matterhorn in CF though

I assume the NFL is paying Davis off, and Davis isn't rich enough to manage an NFL team so he is separate for cash?

"I'm not sure what the NFL equivalent of a suddenly broken leg is, but I can't imagine it's good "
