Guiness Cheddar!

It's tough to find and a bit expensive, but DAMN! Great stuff!

I love cheese. Hard to pick a favorite. Checking the fridge, we currently have some Smoked Gouda, Pepper Jack, and Brie.

And American Cheese (but that's for my husband). I'm of the opinion that it's plastic, not cheese.

Parmesan Reggiano would be probably my favorite. boring choice, I know, but still a great cheese.

American Cheese?!?!
I vote not cheese too.

Brie?
Camembert?
With herbs and walnuts..
Heaven.

I got some Emmental(ler) Swiss Cheese from a Whole Foods supermarket yesterday. It made for a decent omelet, though I think I put too much butter in it.

Gruyere and Emmental, melted in a pot with wine, makes fondue! You can't beat that kind of dinner!

American dairy products must be pasteurized, which kind of goes against how cheese works. They can't even import cheese from other countries if it hasn't been pasteurized. Its a sad state of affairs for cheese in your country, and a shame you guys dont get to experience much from abroad.

MOUSEBENDER:
Ah, how about Cheddar?

WENSLEYDALE:
Well, we don't get much call for it around here, sir.

MOUSEBENDER:
Not much ca- It's the single most popular cheese in the world!

WENSLEYDALE:
Not round here, sir.

The Cheese Shop

Dill seasoned Havarti, hands down. Although, a good runner up would be fresh Monterey Jack cheese.

And remember, processed cheese isn't really cheese.
