My secretary just scheduled a patient to have an MRI of his pelvis, inguinal region with attention to his penis, so I'm getting a kick out of this headline.

There are two sheep with bloody rear ends and a guy in a deep slumber. Not hard to figure out what went on there. He looks spent.

just a snowbank.  Sheep aren't too bright sometimes if not herded in from severe weather.

You're right about that. They're known to bunch up in severe weather and just stand there under the accumulating snow....and unknowingly stomp the lambs.

If he was from a rural area he would know that is not blood. It's a special dye that farmers use to mark sheep they already farked.

Shepherds are playing a favourite shepherd game called "Spot the Ram before he spots you". Shown is one of the losing contestants.

But seriously folks, this is simultaneously one of the funniest and one of the most poignant photos I have ever seen.

I have copies of cartoons by a New Zealand cartoonist entitled Foot Rot Flats. It is unusually down to Earth as it is set on a sheep farm and deals with real world issues involving death and violence, farm style.

I also have a series of French language Bandes dessinées by a Swiss cartoonist F'Murr about a crazy flock of sheep, their intellectual sheep dog, and their half-mad shepherds.

Not to mention the Shaun the Sheep animations.

There is something about sheep that makes them poignant and hilarious at the same time. Perhaps it is the tragi-comedy of sheep life, which is close to Nature when she is in her many moods. Perhaps it is that they are stubborn, well-individuated creatures, that are as dumb as half a brick and thus the perfect subject for comedy of any kind or all kinds at once.

It's obvious what's going on here, anyway.  That's just what happens when you don't listen to "No means no."  Sheep took care of the guy when he wouldn't quit perving on 'em.

/or they probably would, if they weren't a level of dumb that creates mini-gravitational vortices around their skulls
//sheep make even Youtube commenters seem halfway sentient
///offer void for the rams - still stupid as hell, but with a "not smart but crafty little evil shiats" chaser
