They put a Report button in everyone's cube.. but it just goes to an HR mailbox that no one monitors and the reported person just gets banned from coming to work for 24 hours or 3 days for a second offense

Oh yeah, the website that Zuckerberg founded so he could look at everybody's nude party pics is gonna enforce a fair sexual harassment policy. Now that they've solved all their privacy problems.

"Sandberg wrote that she had experienced harassment while doing her job but never by anyone she worked for."

"A hand on my leg under the table at a meeting."

Ok, that's pretty clear sexual harassment, in or out of the workplace.

"Married men - all decades older than I - offering 'career advice' and then suggesting that they could share it with me alone late at night."

Sorry but, asking you on a date is not sexual harassment unless they were your boss, which you said above they weren't.

The problem I keep seeing with this whole issue is, each person seems to have their own definition of what constitutes sexual harassment. Someone you find unattractive asking you on a date does not make that action harassment, unless you're suggesting that men should no longer be allowed to ask any woman out at all, which seems to be exactly what some of these women are suggesting.

Soon from women:

"I'm being ignored'
'They won't include me in their conversations'
'Their refusal to pay me any compliments/attention makes them misogynistic'.
'Why do they spend time with their sex robot and not with me?'

"You left the toilet seat up again, you pathetic loser. God, why did I ever marry you???"

That's what the law says.

The person being harassed makes the determination as to what constitutes harassment and, in the specific case of sexual harassment allegations, by the time the alleged harasser finds out about the allegations against him/her, the alleged harasser has already "lost".

Sandberg said that though "the percentage of men who will be afraid to be alone with a female colleague has to be sky high right now ... doing right by women in the workplace does not just mean treating them with respect. It also means not isolating or ignoring them - and making access equal."

Why do I detect Bond-villain-like chuckling.

There are two types of power - and Sandberg wants both. Now.
