Thank God they are finally mapping the far side of the galaxy.  The last time I was there, I got SO lost.  And, WHO can you ask directions of?  The Tiger People of the ice planet Hortuck?  Yeah, that'll help...

It was quite simple once they realized all they had to do was bend over and peer through Uranus...

The record for hitchhiking this distance is just under five years, but you don't get to see much on the way.

That's why we keep looking. We live in a beautiful neighborhood, and it's fun to discover more places towe'll never visit.

The talking chickens, duh.  The talking cows are unreliable; they'll often pretend to be normal cows when they see you approach.

The far side of the galaxy ain't worth visiting. There's the Dominion on one side, The Borg on the other, and a whole bunch of whack plot lines with deus ex machina solutions.

It's best to stay local where things are interesting.

If you get me started on the Talking Cows of the planet Tron near the Dark Star of Eternal Terror, we'll be here all day.  Well, I will be because I'd be the one doing the typing... so, it really wouldn't affect you at all.  Forget I said anything...

Have you tried repolarizing the phase inducers and recalibrate the molecular integrity of the emitter array to reroute the main power systems to create a secondary pathway in order to bring most of the systems back online? That sometimes works. If not, try to see if there's a malfunction with the main phaser array. If so, use the secondary generator to deflect a pathway through the warp power grid and change the auxillary conduits through the lateral relays to accept a better transfer interface. It could improve efficiency by 14.7%.

Before doing that, however, don't forget to run a 4th level diagnostic and create an invasive programming sequence in order to disable the neural network. You don't want to blow a fuse or anything.

Brethren and sistern, let us sing Hymn 123.

The bear went over the mountain
the bear went over the mountain
The bear went over the moutain
To see what he could see.

Verse two: the same as the first.

On the other side of the mountain
On the other side of the mountain
The other side of the mountain
was all that he could see.

I am pleased to announce that Alter Earth is exactly like the Earth on this side of the galaxy, except term limits were never imposed and Barrack Obamba has totally made Hillary Clinton his biotch.

She has one job:  to sweep out Donald Trump's zoo enclosure every three days while he is in his cage for his shots and grooming.
