It will be exactly the same as Qualcomm's Quick Charge but with rounder corners

It is exactly Qualcomm's Quick Charge, they license Qualcomm's patents.

They're probably gearing up to sue someone for making something that vaguely resembles an iProduct. This time they did their homework and discovered that the someone they're going to sue actually makes a critical component of said iProduct BEFORE they burned the bridge.
