Prediction: The Vikings will win the NFC and represent it in the Superbowl. They will proceed to lose said SB because the only way to reclaim our throne as playoff chocker's from Atlanta is to be the only team host team to make it to a SB and then lose it on their home turf.

It's really not out of the question that they could pull it off.  I figure they lose to the Falcons on Kai Forbath's bad extra point in the first round

Is everyone forgetting the Eagles?  I guess so. On the AFC side it's still the Patriots vs a bunch of also rans. They already have the Steelers number in the playoffs and Belichick will have something on all the other contenders by Wild Card weekend.

Case Keenum has done a solid job for the Vikings and looked like a franchise QB against the 'skins (two ints notwithstanding) and I am concerned with Peters loss and what that means for Wentz but I will bet the Eagles go further than the Vikings this year.

The Seahawks will be lucky to make the playoffs.  They won't win the division, and the NFC West isn't going to produce a wildcard.

And you should check out what happened the last time the Seahawks faced Case Keenum.  I put up a facebook post about it. "Case Keenum:  Hammer of the 'Hawks."

John Schneider just called me to see if I'd work out for a right tackle spot.  I told him no way was I slumming like that.

No doubt.  I would never bet on the Vikes.   Keenum was/is in no way a franchise QB.  Just no.  I am perfectly willing to bet against the Eagles making any kind of noise in the playoffs though.

Rent Party: The Seahawks will be lucky to make the playoffs. They won't win the division, and the NFC West isn't going to produce a wildcard.

I disagree with this.  The Seahawks are 6-3 with a game against the 9ers and Cards left, so all they have to do is go 2-3 in the remaining games for a 10 win season.  10 wins might not make the Wild Card, but I can't see how you can rule them out this early.

NFC West is absolutely going to have a wild card team just by looking at how poor some of the other divisions are. NFC North is only sending one team (sorry Lions, no faith in you), and the East will only send one, as the Cowboys don't look like they can handle without the ewok. Too many division games left in the South for them to send three, so it'll be one wild card from the south, one from the west.

Because they have the Eagles, Rams, and 'Pokes on that schedule, and are already a game behind the Rams.  So two of the hottest offenses in football without Richard Sherman and a gimpy Earl Thomas, and the Pokes right after they get their best player back is how you can rule them out this early.

Yeah, I'm a Seahawks fan, and with the injuries they already have it's hard to see them making the postseason at this point. Anything can happen, but that's not the way to bet.

This will never happen. Right now Alabama doesn't have to abide by a salary cap so it will only make them worse.
