2) You do realise that all sealed indictments, whether they're related to Mueller's investigation or not would arrive in one big group. Usually before the weekend.

Probably not. IIRC all indictments are sealed in Federal court until arrest and first arraignment in front of a magistrate (and drug cases can remain sealed if there is cooperation, and drug cases make up a good part of the federal docket)

No idea. It would probably be specific to that court and it's been years since I worked in a federal court so things may have changed.

Oh, I'll freely admit it's just rumor mill mongering from twitter peoples who have decided to watch the dc courts since the first indictments hit. And obviously sealed indictments could literally be anything. Could just be a bunch of search warrants for a bunch of random cases. Or could be a complete dismantling of the federal government. Hard to say these days

OK, so the Trump campaign either mischaracterized G'Pop's role (duh), or they were grossly negligant and let a "low level volunteer" represent a presidential candidate. What a beautiful narrative for the GOP to spin. Spin it once, and you have obstructing Justice. Spin it again, and you have 25th Amendment levels of incompetence.

What a great start to the day!

Do you know how many sealed indictments unrelated to Mueller's investigation are filed in DC in the course of normal law enforcement? Neither do I, and without that information, nobody can draw inferences from X number showing up over a couple of weeks.

Either way, he is far more useful as flip fodder. They can pooh pooh his crimes all day long as just an overzealous volunteer, but this SOB is gonna sing. And I hope he has been wearing a wire, as rumored.

How many coffees did Popodopalous make for the Hillary Campaign while selling Uranium to Benghazi?

And the fact that we can probably name 34 people associated with this shiatshow that they could apply to, without even a bit of a stretch, shows exactly how farking ridiculous it is, and the depth of the GOP complicity to cover this up and refuse to even think about doing their damn jobs. They gain power, and nothing else matters.

LawNewz is kind of ridiculous, but it is run by Dan Abrams who is legit. He had a law show as an anchor on MSNBC and was General Manager of it for a while. He is currently chief legal analyst for ABC.
