Do we define "work" as shredded documents and deleted emails?

Then I bet there is much work going on now...

They put a Dem on the panel.  What's the problem? Did he expect to have any input or something?

A commission that was created solely because of a number completely pulled out of the ass of Trump. Come in and defend your god, Quislings.

"We'll tell the Democrat he is on the Commission to keep his side quiet, but we'll slowly push him out of the loop."

"That's brilliant!"

"I know! Why should we have to kowtow to filthy libs?! If they had input, it would slow things down."

*Snidely Whiplash laughter ensues before they proceed to try to curb voting rights for millions*

It takes a really long time to redact all the references to "potential Negro voters to be culled."

To be fair, he didn't completely pull it out of his ass.  It was Hillary's margin of victory in the popular vote.

If by defend you mean post a deflection so far afield it's a borderline non sequitur, I'm sure we'll be Lucky enough to hear something soon.

I remember a meme that said "If they really thought voting could change anything, do you really think they'd let us do it?"

. . .this commission is them trying to stop us from doing it.

Yeah, they're scared.  They know that in the long term, ideological and demographic shifts in the US population are their death knell, their only chance to stave off political obsolescence is encoding voter suppression of groups that are opposed to Republicans into both State and Federal law

Just remind your elected officials that it's probably no coincidence that Malcolm X gave his Ballot or the Bullet speech in the same decade that JFK said, "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."  And leave them with the thought that it's the cornered animal that fights back.

The people who are trying to disenfranchise their political enemies don't realize that it's not about advocating anything or rhetoric.  If they keep this up, no one will be able to stop it when it breaks.

Are they still pretending to be an apolitical committee searching for voter fraud based on nothing more than the gut feelings of their boss?
Yup, I thought so.

Perspective time, and today's reminder that nothing about the last year has been normal...

Literally, the best possible scenario is that when the judge hauls in them into court, their defense is "Honest, nothing got shared because we haven't done or accomplished a damned thing."

While this is true, this lawsuit was probably filed due to the fact that he realizes he's never actually been invited to any meetings.
