Can't blame him for trying. The worst that could happen is Hoodie says "Huh? No."

If Belichick would trade Brady, SF would probably be the prime target. Childhood home, legacy franchise, friendly with the front office...It's not like he'd trade him to Cleveland or the Jets or something.

Brady retires a Pat. No negotiation.

Yeah, because 40-yr old Tom Brady wants nothing more than to go home to get sacked 5 times a game.

The Hoodie is evil enough to see when Brady's skills go into decline and obtain a fresh soul to devour and use to extend his legacy. Hoodie wouldn't accept a last year Manning performance.

Hi Bill , 49ers here.

We would like to trade you for the greatest quarterback of all time.

Hello? Hello? Bill are you there?

That's what happens when Lynch listens to his wife, Morgan Fairchild.

Well it's not like Belicheck hasn't pulled the plug a year or two early on other players instead of a few months too late.

What do you offer the coach that seemingly has everything?

This is the Lynch with a career of concussions, no?

It's not that crazy if the intent was a negotiation tactic.

Lynch: "Hey Darth Hoodie, We'll give you a first for Tom Brady"
BB: "Lol no"
Lynch: "Ok, how about a second for that scrub backup QB?"

This may be giving Lynch too much credit and he was actually sincere in his attempt

Joe Montana isn't on the Patriots roster

If I'm Lynch I'd definitely have asked. The talks took place in the off- season. They called about Garoppolo, and the Patriots said no. Going into Garoppolo's free agent year, that would tell me they see him as the future of the franchise. So naturally you ask about  the 40 year old Brady and see what they're thinking.

i thought Jimmy Graham wanted to be a WR not a QB.

And Montana isn't the GOAT either, so what's your point?

Joe Montana is a funny example, seeing as how the 49ers sent him to the Chiefs.

/not sure I even have a point
