Yes.

And I'd bet those same people would freak out about 1 ppb glyphosate from wind driven drift on their organic kale.

If they wanted to appear unbiased, they could do a much better job. They can easily sway more people who would read an article by something calling itself the "American Council on Science and Health" by removing all the emotional junk in the article, and just present misleading data.

You'll notice there's not one whit of anything on climate change on their site. Wonder why.

A 75% drop in insect populations and somebody still wants to defend unchecked pesticide use... We are a species to dumb to deserve to live.

That was fun, what is that author's Fark Handle, dude is pretty sure of himself and his rightness... Bonus: The reference link about the Apocalypse predictors is really an article about Kepler and how he was both a young earther and scientist and was written by the same guy for a different website. Referencing your own shiat is good form, right sciensticians?

The numbers already exist, they've done the research, and then they do it again, and then again.

Moving the goalpost doesn't change all that much.  You can make the same argument about vaccines (people have, just change insect death to disease or disorder) but it still doesn't change the numbers that have already been figured out over and over.

Scoff if you like, but the world would be a better place if more people would ask themselves "What Would DDT"?

Activists hate them because...okay, no one is sure why, other than they always need a fresh supply of science to demonize.

Wow, somebody's triggered.
