1) Smoking pot is all well and fine, but if you crash a car while doing it, then we have a problem.

2) The NFL has strict rules against "littering AND....", and Boyd did admit to police that one of the pens was indeed his.

3) Come on dude. You're on the Bengals. Surely a team that doesn't need yet another legal embarrassment. At this stage, they should just change the Bengal stripes to horizontals.

People on the right end of the political spectrum now have an incentive to paint NFL players as anti-American criminals because their Dear Leader told them that the NFL had bad people in it.
