I thought all four of them were tried and convicted at The Hague over the first sequel?

Ironic that this is being reported by the Daily Beast.  Ok, maybe not ironic... certainly amusing.

Her second best non Star Trek movie. The best is, of course, Porky's.

Got distracted looking for her as the cutie-patootie cop in Police Academy. This is too funny to pass up...

No, she's the one who was kidnapped by the big, hairy monster, because she had green eyes.

Catrall has a pretty good idea, recast her part with another actress, preferably an African-American or Latino.

Let's come up with some suggestions. I'll start with Cameron Diaz.

She never did it for me.  Not sure why but every dude in the 80s loved her and I've always been "meh".

Cattrall wanted to slap on a bigger feedbag and the SJP said neigh, you oats to be happy with what you get. Kim threaten to carrot a boycott and got put out to pasture. Corral door closed.

Whinny to move on.

Porky's, Mannequin, Police Academy, and Big Trouble in Little China.

HBO and the VCR ruled the 80s and we didn't need 500 channels to entertain us.

We still don't. My wife is the only consumer of TV in the house, she watches HGTV and DVRs the Today show because "the first hour is all the news I need". I would kill to be able to talk her into dropping it, but she is as stubborn as I am handsome.

It's funny how hot a 26 year old girl can be.

This story sounds like a load of horseshiat being used to gauge if there's enough interest in a sequel. Betting the results keep it off track. We don't need a trilogy, so they should stop pursuing that triple crown. With the paychecks the actresses would demand, the stakes are too high for the studio to risk a box office bomb.

To think I had a big crush on Kim Cattrall in Big Trouble in Little China. Jack Burton saw through her.

That should have been a franchise. I'm not talking about all in Little China but more of an Indiana Jones thing, Jack Burton getting into adventures all over the world only a lot clumsier than Indy.

I have to say that Star Trek VI's Enterprise-A bridge is my favorite in the entire franchise.

It's rumored that Kim Cattrall did a nude photoshoot on the bridge, but Leonard Nimoy had the photos destroyed.

Actually supposedly it was Roddenberry who nixed them.

The bridge....I haven't thought much about it but it's true. The original, you know, it was the 1960s, they did what they could.

The Enterprise-D looked like a hotel lobby or a living room.

The Enterprise A was dark, all business, a military ship and badass. The "B" was like the Excelsior, right? Yeah that sucked.

I don't remember the Enterprise E bridge because I forgot those movies. I do know the exterior was at least as cool as the Enterprise A, which tied as my favorite.

Roddenberry's health was declining in 1991. He died several weeks before Star Trek VI arrived in theaters.

The Enterprise-D looked like a hotel lobby or a living room.

QFT.

Also, in every bridge, the Captain's Chair should be the most prominent thing. On Enterprise-D, it's the least prominent thing.

The Enterprise A was dark, all business, a military ship and badass. The "B" was like the Excelsior, right? Yeah that sucked.

Excelsior had the same sort of design in Star Trek VI:

I liked Star Trek VI's blend between TOS's push-button panels and TNG's touchscreen panels.

In later years, I've grown to dislike the totally touchscreen systems in TNG onward.

I don't remember the Enterprise E bridge because I forgot those movies. I do know the exterior was at least as cool as the Enterprise A, which tied as my favorite.

The Enterprise-E was a blend between the Enterprise-D bridge and movie TOS's bridges:

Yeah, I would've said Nimoy would've been more likely to take them, but Kim Cattrall is a little... slender for his tastes.

Yeah but it was a little dark. Still better than the Hilton Enterprise D.
