The dentist noticed it was cracked and needed replaced. Fun fun. Right in the back, needed about three deep cheek/muscle injections and the about half way through he got close enough to the nerve bundle to make the numbing not really be effective. I can work through it doc, keep working. Whhhharrrrrrrr, smoke flying with a white hot pain making me sweat.... whurrrrrrrr as they clean it up. My whole scull vibrating.... scullllk as they put some type of plastic over the ground out hole, the smell the taste... wonderful. The UV hardener, well that wasnt bad actually. Cannot wait for the sensitivity to diminish.
ippolit: Csb:I turned 40 the year before the AMA changed the recommendation of yearly protocols exams starting at that age. Well, I went into my yearly physical at 41 and towards the end I realized that he wasn't going to give me the exam that year. When I got home my wife asked me how the proctology exam went. I explained that he didn't give me one and she asked why. My reply was that I had the same question for him but didn't know how I could broach the subject without sounding like a pervert./csb
rogue49: It's not the friggin' needles i'm worried about...It's those damn bite-wings (they use them for x-rays)They HURT!And I've got a high tolerance of pain too.
Saiga410: If it involves needles no matter how small.... that would not be topical anesthesia.
