All I need to know about that person, I learned from his recent (and likely final) appearance on CNN. I used to keep an open mind about people and their motivations, and be willing to hear them out. Now, all I need to hear is "Trump supporter," and you're judged. Sorry (not sorry).

You venerate a man whose major "accomplishments" involve being an asshole and generally passing judgement on others, and don't want to be pre-judged yourself? Not gonna happen.

What a week for conservative truth.

Graham: I didn't know what the hell I was doing with the repeal
Warner: Deficits are a great talking point when Democrats are in charge, but it's different when Republican are
Huckabee-Sanders: The NFL thing is a black and white issue
This guy: What's bad for America is good for us

That nobody has dropped this scumsucking knothead only proves that it isn't the left that is the violent side.

One of the things that truly makes America great is that filthy slime sucking scumbags like this are free to spread their hateful, ignorant bullshiat without a uniformed officer smashing their worthless, brainless heads in.

Of course, America can prove it is even greater by dealing with these disgusting pukes as they deserve in the public discourse.

"What are the players protesting?" he asked over and over again during his nearly 33-minute Periscope show

Police killing black people without being held to the same legal consequences that you or I would. That's pretty much it.

In an ideal world, we'd prefer not to have police kill citizens at all unless there is absolutely no other option. But short of that...just holding them to same legal standards that you and I would face would be a great start.

Here's one way to think about this issue. Try to imagine if Black Lives Matter (and all the protesting players) got exactly what they wanted. What would that look like...? Fewer black people killed by police. Tell me what's so bad about that. Why is that an unacceptable thing to ask for?

It's fun and interesting how not *once* was the conservative white man commanded to "stick to sports!" Not once was he chided for the SIN of "mixing politics and sport" Not one single time was he asked to keep his opinions to himself, so much so that he's literally constructed a career out of doing exactly that.

Yet every single liberal/female/person of color who DARES to express an opinion is commanded to do exactly this by shrill, pearl-clutching arbiters of decorum.

If only there were some explanation for this? 🤔

I work in radio advertising, scheduling ads on his show; the day after his big kerfuffle a couple weeks ago, and there were a few emails flying around with advertisers pulling all of their ads from his show.

But not enough.

The next time he says/does something stupid, complain to the advertisers. It works.

Yup. The fact that coverage has become more and more like the trashiest reality show on television doesn't help convince me to watch it. Or the fact that there are very little shifts in which teams are hot and which teams are cold over the last decade: that hasn't helped either.

Oh, also the fact that I can go to Google, type in "<team name> <week #>" and get up to the minute score updates and highlights on both my computer and smartphone REALLY doesn't help convince me to spend four hours of my Sunday watching mostly commercials for overpriced pickups, car insurance and shiatty beer.
