Or, did I miss something?

Minor difference.  she wasn't paid by the people she was supporting to present for them. at the very least this should lead him to recuse himself from the case to avoid even the illusion of quid pro quo.

At least he hasn't snorted with contempt at the suggestion that it would be a conflict of interest for him to accept an all-expenses-paid junket on a private jet to a private duck hunting reserve owned by a rich oil baron who had a pending case in the SCOTUS docket.

Yet.

The only problem I see is the possibility that the whole thing funnelled money to Trump's pockets.
We knew already that he has certain beliefs that are pro-business and anti-labor.  That's how he got where he is.

Huh. RBG totally lunched with anti-Trump litigants just before a big Supreme Court case involving Trump?I mean, I don't remember any of that happening. But you're sure implying it did and you've got your reputation as an honest Farker backing you up on this.

He accepted material gifts, however.  That's money by another name. Republican Supreme Court justices have a long-standing tradition of accepting gifts from interested parties.  Scalia literally died while accepting gifts from interested parties.  Naturally, they've ruled that accepting gifts is ok, which is no surprise as timing otherwise would have opened them to censure or worse.

You cut your finger on Sean Hannity's rapidly retracting fly... Just another case of a Conservative trying to blame the easily foreseeable negative consequences of his own choices on the observations of a liberal.

I don't recall any statute of limitations for impeachment off hand.  Might be something to look into if Democrats or honest Republicans regain control of Congress.

If that happens it should include the expulsion from Congress of about two dozen representatives--mostly Republicans--and subsequent trials for Treason (Rohrabacher, McConnell, et al).

I also have every reason to believe that like Roger Stone, Sean Hannity was encouraging espionage against Hillary Clinton predicated upon her status as an employee of the State Department--is this is the case, he should be tried and convicted of Treason.
