Covered, no doubt, by the Hero tag.

Good for him, whoever he is.

It's ok, they've already got cancer.

Good on him. I wish there were something similar for dialysis patients.

He's much more tolerable when he's not singing in English.

Say what you want about the guy's music; he's fairly politically active and does a lot of good.

I guess we didn't need an actual real-world proof that Pitbull's music isn't literally worse than cancer (only figuratively), but here we are.

I like Pitbull. His music is very danceable.

Yup.  And he went there to.

Pitbull was also one of the first people to stand up and denounce Trump for his racism when he started campaigning.

That incident is where I turned my Pitbull opinion around. He took the internet prank/bullying, steered into it and treated the Kodiak store (and people) with respect, and not the punchline of a cruel internet joke.

Now the Pitbull New Year Revolution is my Go-To NYE programming even.

/and Fireball is a fun song

That sentence is two words too long.

His English is better than his Spanish.

I saw in in concert in Bogota, and got to go back stage.  He was cool, served my wife and I some shots, made a joke about bald dudes getting the ladies.

Wife wanted to go, I knew a guy, so we went.

It was me and like 5000 women.  It was awesome.

Never heard of the guy before but why no hero tag? This is pretty cool.

Add me to the list of people who don't get the hate for Pitbull.  Like his music or hate it, he appears to be a genuine, stand-up person who tries to be the best person he can and, more often than not, pulls it off.  At a certain point, you have to respect that.

Came here for this.

DJ weddings and songs like this are great later in the night.

Some other rich folks are helping. Mark Cuban let one of his players borrow the team's plane to deliver supplies to Puerto Rico.

Pitbull is my hero - an ugly dude who takes crappy songs and makes them cool, gets lots of pussy and money in the process.

Good on him for helping out.

A few years back, I had a manager who was a doppelgänger for Pitbull. Especially when he wore a suit and sunglasses.  He didn't like being called Pitbull, but a lot of people noticed it.

Can't say I really know his music, but good for him to help them out.

That's nice, but the problem that needs to be solved is to get the power, radar, and air traffic control radio back up.

They have to greatly reduce the number of planes going in and out (and only fly with perfect visibility) to maintain a safe distance between flights since there is no active air traffic control.

Until that gets fixed, they need to be using the biggest planes possible to try to make up for the limited number of takeoff and landing slots.

Is there some technical reason why we can't park an AWACS over the island and run the air traffic control that way for now?

Usually when you see a headline with pitbull in it, the ending isn't happy.

Listening to his music makes me think I'd rather give myself a root canal, but damn if he doesn't seem like a solid dude.
