Well, he's from Tennessee, so of course, he's got an embedded dog chip.

How do you think they will get back to their forever home?

Good thing he didn't make it onto The White House grounds... Trump might have given him a cabinet position.

According to a police incident report obtained by WTOP, officers from the the U.S. Secret Service Uniform Division approached Bates outside the Renwick Gallery, at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and 17th Street, near the White House, as he was allegedly relieving himself. \

I can literally look out my office window and seer the spot they arrested him at.  It's right next to the guard shack  they put at the part of PA avenue that's been closed to vehicle traffic since the Clinton Administration.   what most people thing of at the start of the WH "campus" (which includes the entire treasury Dept btw

Was a cop.  Left the force in 2013 after 13 years of service, which means he was seven years away from retirement.  You do not just quit a job, that comes with a pension, seven years away from retirement unless you either won the lottery or was forced out.

"If she (Hillary Clinton) gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks," Mr. Trump said, as the crowd began to boo. He quickly added: "Although the Second Amendment people - maybe there is, I don't know."

Is anyone else vexed to see the guns sitting directly on the bricks? That's horrible for the finish. I guess it doesn't matter since the police will destroy those guns before their evil infects anyone else, since selling them to other people who can legally posses them would be immoral. Unlike selling other things like super fast cars that could never injure anyone at auctions .

Mental illness is a sad thing. In a country that allows unfettered access to weapons, it's also a much more frightening thing.

I work as a researcher in a mental health hospital. I once had a patient with schizophrenia come to see me because we had performed an MRI on him. He believes there was a chip in his head. Nothing I could say or show him was going to convince him that there was not a chip in his head. These kind of delusions are very difficult to dissuade people from.

I think the critical aspect of psychosis it's really a lack of cognitive insight. He have enough insight to realize that illusion doesn't make sense, the delusion stops being a delusion because you don't believe it. When that thing in your brain that says "wait, that thing just can't be, it's not consistent with reality" is broken, that's when a person becomes really psychotic.
