While the configuration of the gear train isn't that of a classic tourbillon per se, it's still an interesting example of a rotating escapement timepiece.

Quite disappointed to find out the legs do nothing.  Yes, it's an interesting mechanical clock, but that's all it is.  A proper octopus clock would use the arms to tell time
