How much research have we actually done on the gay-marriage factors for instance.

Jesus, you aren't naive enough to think these people care fark all for facts, are you?

The answer is yes and it was proven scientifically when we studied the ravenous bugblatter beast of Traal.

They think their wealth will protect them from the worst effects of climate change, and it will... for a short time.

It all comes down to one word, really... Greed.

Straight from 1984. We'll be revising last year's high temperatures so that each subsequent year is always cooler.

Marcus Aurelius: CO2 at 400 ppm is pretty hard to hide.

I was going to make some kind of "you're full of hot air" joke but I don't know if I have it in me any more.

Thankfully, we can soon look forward to next phase of climate change denial, which is "we wanted to do something about it all along, but the liberals were insisting we had to say the words 'man-made climate change' before they would work with us."

Clicked through the usgs site, chose sea-level change, "No results found"
That's what I thought! Ha!

Article is not counting the number of electrons that will be saved not storing fake news.

Right minded people only need to read one thing. Even that will be passed down as oral tradition after the Department of Education cuts wasteful programs like literacy and counting above 10.

That's a smart and a funny because there's no "Sad but True" button.  I laughed, but it was one of the most cynical sounds I've ever heard myself make.  With that, I think that's enough Fark for now, since all the stories I've read are sucking my will to live today.

Well yeah, climate change is going to cause mass migrations of people that will lead to war, disease, etc. Millions upon millions will die. My family needs as.much wealth as possible to survive and be comfortable

If you had such good evidence that climate change wasn't happening, you wouldn't have to hide all the data on the issue.  TEACH THE CONTROVERSY!

I don't know, I have hard time to see CO2 at any concentration, unless it's frozen into dry ice form..

Look at this lib letting his family mooch off him, if my family wants to get into MY post-collapse bunker, they better have the cash for fees and services or they can go rent from Immortan Donald.

Like all the rest of the horseshiat over the last two decades, who benefits from global warming? Russia. Year-round northern shipping lanes and tundra transformed into the (remaining) worlds' breadbasket while the Reddest rural states turn to desert. Thomas PM Barnett. A bit too conservative for my tastes, but he does see trends before they're obvious.

IIRC, the National Archives and Records Admin. archived the Obama whitehouse.gov site before Trump started revising it.  Does the NARA do likewise with agency sites?

It's easy to hide actually. Stop funding research into Climate Change. No more studies on CO2 levels in the atmosphere. Blame Climate-related disasters on natural fluctuations in the Earth's atmosphere. CO2 could reach 600ppm and you'd never know.

I'm sure there was a massive (and quiet) effort to back up everything starting some time in mid November. In a few years we can just put it back up there and update it with European data.

I think the site that measures CO2 is privately funded. (I could be wrong.)

Though, sadly, we'll lose scientists, organizations, and even technology, like satellites, in the process.

CSB-

a paper was published within the last few days stating that we might have more time than previously estimated to reach the limits agreed to in the Paris accord. Meaning that our goals have gone from "not possible" to "possible," but the goals haven't changed. Putting aside the fact that this is a single article that (naturally) is being questioned - that's how scientific consensus is formed - it doesn't change the goals.

All that to say; a Breitfart article popped up in my newsfeed saying "Climate alarmists proven wrong, but they still won't admit it" while going on to say this study proves we don't need to do anything different.

Since they cited a peer review paper I read the article.... but unlike their normal readers (and most people) I then looked for the paper myself and quickly realized it didn't say anything like what the article claimed it said.

/this is my shocked face (-.-)
//this is why we can't have nice things
///scientifically illiterate people should not be analyzing scientific studies
