So he's looking for a switch?

It was always frustrating to watch him.  Yes, he can break out the big plays, but most of the time he gets stuffed for no gain.  I'd rather have less flash and a back that can reliably pick up 4 yards on first down.

I was going to say that it sounds like it's time for a switch, but yours works too.

I wasn't happy when my favorite team signed this child abusing asshole and I'll be glad when they get rid of him.  The Saints have enough problems to deal with.

Yeah, no shiat.  Like Judge for the Yankees.....hits a homer every now and then, strikes out all farking game.

Peterson needs to STFU and go away...any prick that would do that to his own kids...should have been a lifetime ban.

It'll be interesting to see how Peyton uses him against the Bradiots.

AP, you knew you were signing to join a committee, one already featuring a RB coming off his best season. You kinda did "sign up for nine snaps." You also knew that while the Saints attempt balance, they're gonna turn to Brees at the first sign of trouble. Finally, the last traditional, load-carrying, reliable 100+ per game RB the Saints had was Deuce Mcallister. Years ago.

I imagine it's quite a switch getting beat by kids.

Stick to the plan, AP.  You know the committee approach is your best chance to beat anyone.  Try branching out, work on your blocking and pass catching skills.  Give a rusher a good wallop, and I'm sure they'll switch you in more often.

Adrian Peterson strikes me as barely literate. I will be surprised if he's not one of the players who is bankrupt within 5 years of retirement.

I didn't sign up for nine snaps, though, but unfortunately that's the way the game played out. In my mind, personally, I knew it was gonna take some adjusting. You know, me and Mark played in the last preseason game, AK didn't even play that game. So with all three of us being out there, I knew it would take a game or so to kind of get adjusted.

He's just just saying the Saints offense is an adjustment for him and he's stil

He's a professional athlete from Texas. I have no reason to not believe he communicates in feces-smearing.

Coaches have been telling him this for 10 years.  It isn't happening at this point.

Why? For that to be racist we would have to preclude the existence of white athletes who are as dumb as a bag of hammers. I personally know one in minor league baseball who couldn't spell. cat if you spotted him the k. It's actually kind of racist of you to think we're saying that because he's black and not because we've heard him try to form a sentence.

The 'Ain'ts have been a committee RB team forever.   I'm uncertain why AP thinks they'd change all that up for him.

He probably should have researched their history before expecting them to turn into the 1974 Miami Dolphins just because he graced them with his royal presence.

AP is done. He was lucky to get 9 snaps.  Saints will suffer this year.

It was a committee when you came.  What's more, I sure hope that "forget we have Drew friggin' Brees at QB" approach from Week 1 is a thing of the past, sheeeeeeit.

Six carries for 18 yards. He's probably doing what the coaching staff intended which is to make the defense vaguely play the run (maybe). Prior to ADP there was nothing stopping them from dropping 7 players.

When Peterson was playing at OU, the local rag (owned by the Gaylord Family whose name adorns the stadium in Norman) they used to do these heart-warming stories about how difficult it was for Peterson's dad to come see him play.  This was related to the fact that the guy was in prison for a 10 yr stretch and wasn't released to travel until Peterson's last year at OU.  But to listen to the local fawning media, it was such a wonderful thing that his dad could finally see him play, while virtually never expressing a voice of concern about all the people the dad had stolen money from, or got addicted to crack as drug dealer ruining their lives.

I love how child-beating a-holes like AP and the rest of the wife-beaters and alcoholic ex-gang bangers get signed all the time and a guy with a social conscious like Kaepernick can't even get his calls returned.

Kaepernick is that guy who had one good season with the 49ers and then became a 2-14 type QB, right?

Google tells me he's about to turn 30 in a couple of months.

If your criteria for a QB is "social conscious" (sic) then dig up Nelson Mandela.

I'm not defending this "Peterson" bloke, by the way. Neither of those guys would last 5 minutes in a game of rugby.
