Bowen: Psychopusher: √  Bottle blonde
√  Aspiring singer
√  Drives a Porsche
√  Daddy's a lawyer

Yep.  That's a class A raging coont.

The crazy part (to me) is that she almost certainly would have gotten away with it if she'd just called 911, and then her (attorney) father.

I mean - what is wrong with someone that they think calling the cops is optional after shooting a guy?

What's worse is that this would never have happened if customer service would have just let her speak to the manager like she demanded.

Can't believe I gotta be the one to say the obvious things:
All her lawyers live in Texas, then whyyyyyy'd she shoot a man in Tennesseeeeeeeee...
Or
T for Texas, T for Tennessee, T for two bullets, that made her fleeeeeee

2017-09-13 12:48:56 PM
She went into the car, then came back out brandishing a gun? Yeah, she's farked. If she thought she was in danger she could have just drove the fark away.

His strongest argument is that she was threatened.

It'll fall apart once the prosecution points out she was safely in her car and could've easily left. Instead she got out and shot the guy twice, apparently with her eyes closed.

Considering Florida has said its self-defense to drive home, get your gun, drive back, and then shoot the guy who was "threatening" you by being black and playing that hippty-hop music without even knowing you existed, she may have a case.

Don't forget.
You can walk in on someone robbing your house, the robber can drop what they have and run away.  You can chase them for 3 blocks, corner them, and force a confrontation.  At that point, you fear for your life and have to stand your ground and shoot the bad man.

As it should be. There would be no risk of a confrontation if the human garbage was not in your house taking your shiat. You steal, you started the chain of events. Don't break in, don't get shot-easy peasy.

Doesn't mention one of those assaults was on her mom.

This needs to be pointed out again and again.  She had a previous assault charge on her mom.  Her fricking mom!  Maybe it was her step-mom, I can't remember.  Either way... wtf.

Fled the scene too... as is the "responsible gun owner" thing to do.

Fleeing the scene after shooting someone in self defense is actually reasonable and rational.  You don't know the guy is dead, you don't know that he doesn't have friends that heard everything happen and are on their way to help.

Now, this leaving the scene also requires immediately calling the cops, informing them there's a guy bleeding, you did it, it was self defense, you didn't feel safe staying at the scene, and as soon as the cops show up you'll come right back so they can take your statement.

She got out of her car to yell at the guy, then was half of an escalating  screaming match with a homeless guy and when he didn't back down she returned to her car, got her gun and tried to murder him.  Maybe she was afraid of the consequences after she shot him, but at no point before leaving the scene did she act like someone who was at all scared, she acted like an opportunistic predator.

I'm shocked she didn't pour gasoline on the poor guy and set him on fire after she shot him.

"She feared for her life..."  Sure, she did.

Gas is getting expensive.. bullets are cheap ?

Bullets are pretty expensive, as well aren't  they?

Shooting the homeless is definitely more efficient than burning them... Doesn't have that nouveau riche flair for cruelty and complete disregard for the poor and destitute, though. : )

A box of handgun ammo will costs more than a gallon of gas, but the cost per bullet is less than a gallon of gas.

Well, now I'm going to need a full cost analysis...

The Nazis probably did a few, but the data is well out of date at this point. : D

Well, the typical self defense round usually cost $1-1.50 per round. Since she shot him twice, let's just call it $2.50. I filled up my gas tank yesterday at $2.35 a gallon. So, in conclusion, a gallon of gas would have been slightly cheaper.

Like I said, you've obviously never been robbed. It's not about the possessions(although my wife may say differently after some pillhead stole her great grandmother's engagement ring along with other things). It's basically a rape of your sanctuary in this world, and if you can't understand why that is worth protecting, I don't know what to tell you. I would prefer to just hobble the farkers who did it, so their limp would forever remind them, but you're damn right I would have killed them on the spot. Not all life is equal.

If I had the dude in front of me who stole my wedding ring with a diamond that was owned by my late MIL I would sooo pull a gun on him....and detain him till the police got to my house

Die?  Hell no I want that f*cker to do time

Your Dance Instructor: Strategeryz0r: The Division? Man I wish you could waste the homeless people in The Division. But no, instead they get to beg you for shiat and you either give it to them or they call you names and get mad.

Just like real life.

While waiting for the bus maybe back in February or March of 2016 I was having a smoke when a (non-homeless from appearances) guy walked up and asked me for one. Taking out a cigarette at a public bus stop is almost as bad as opening a bag of Skittles in elementary school because you're going to get swarmed like an amateur white housewife in a BBC hotel gangbang shoot.

I don't mind handing out a smoke but they add up so the standard price at least here in Ohio seems to be fifty cents for a bummed one. I don't think anybody had asked me yet prior to one fellow wandering over but since the fellow couldn't even be bothered to say "please" I said I needed fifty cents for one. He started biatching and digging into his pockets like he was going to get it but he wasn't really so much as getting the money as buying time to wear me down. Once it became apparent he wasn't going to pay me I flat out told the guy no.

Ooooooh boy, that guy started cussing me out and repeatedly made comments about how I was like then private citizen Donald Trump because I wouldn't give him a smoke. I wish I could remember all the stuff he said because he went on for two minutes or so just yelling shiat out about how I was Trump.

It was somewhat surreal but the guy probably would have been handed a free smoke if he hadn't acted like I owed him one. I'll never understand people who don't realize the power of "please" and "thank you," you want somebody to do you a favor and can't even be bothered with the minimum standards of courtesy?

That shows you are not Real America.  Real America knows that stealing is rape worth killing for, but rape is just good-natured hi-jinks that all red-blooded Real America have to do every so often to keep the biatches in line.

I'm not convinced that it's a lazy eye. Probably a side effect of snorting all that marijuana.

Though, it's good to see Sloth made something of himself... Went to law school, got married and had a kid and all. Good for him.

The shooting just proves we are at the actual warfare stage of class warfare.  The assaults? Probably people not as economically disadvantaged.  See, you really do get better treatment with more money.

Wookie_Jesus: alleged was used 5 time is a sparsely worded 5 paragraph article. i wonder how many times that word wouldn't be used if she were a darker shade of "presumed innocent"

Daddy's a lawyer and the Local paper pretty much let him dictate half the story they ran yesterday and he provided all the picture of his innocent darlin they ran except the mug shot

Crocoduck: Here come the Fark Brigade, blaming this innocent woman for doing nothing more than Standing Her Ground, which she seems to do at an alarming rate.

Yeah, well, that or you didn't actually read any of the comments whatsoever and have a standard knee-jerk response to matters which inhibits your ability to apply critical thinking on just about everything in existence.
