He would just highlight everything without reading it.

"You don't know me!!'"... Ah yes.The go to quote for shallow, self-absorbed coonts worldwide.

He's just sore about someone else making a buck off the Trump name besides Trump.

People are still writing biographies of dead historical figures. You don't need "access" to a person to write a book about them.

Verrit gave the book 5 stars.

Yeah, well wait till you see what history books have to say about you. I'd imagine you'll find a way to tweet your impotent rage from Hell.

I'm pretty sure Bill o Reilly had zero access to Lincoln, JFK, and Jesus.

I'm thinking Chutes and Ladders or Candy Land.

If he was self aware he might realize that the same thing applies to his tweeting about other people.
But, alas, he's a buffoon and a blowhard.

Jim Wright has a good take on this:  Trump isn't mad that someone's writing about him, he loves that part.  He's mad he has no control over the narrative.  It poles holes in his perfect little story he wants everyone to believe about him.

Not sure about Chutes and Ladders.  That requires some addition.

Trump is totally an enema.  Oops, enigma.

Well, maybe an enigma machine without the translation key just blurting out incomprehensible word salad.

If Trump's critical of the books written now, just think of how apeshiat he'll be about the books written about Trump presidential years after he leaves office.

People love to talk, especially when there's a lucrative book deal in the pipeline.  Deep Throat is the rule rather than the exception. And when Trump leaves and all the principles leave whether from the White House or elsewhere in executive branch, there few consequences for speaking out.

You don't think Trump already has a trust funded with the sole purpose of preserving his legacy? It will be a full time job for a couple generations to keep up the propaganda campaign.

What's the point of asking Trump to comment about anything when you know whatever he says will be a lie?  He cannot recognize the most obvious truth and this inability does not bother him or his supporters in the least.

Candy Land the way my 5 year old used to play, where he'd stack the deck so the obviously dog-eared special cards (the Trump cards, if you will) were definitely going to be dealt to him. And by stack the deck I mean he'd rearrange the top cards every damn turn - mine or his.

Yeah. That's about Trump's level.

Why would the Russians pay for that?

Seems like the book is more about her experiences with the campaign.
About her.
Her.

The amazing thing is the book they're talking about isn't anything that needs behind the scenes access. It's a memoir of Tur covering Trump.

I just listened to an interview with the author on Fresh Air. They played clips of Trump talking down to her. I've never heard a more hateful, spiteful politician.

The Art of the Desl ghost writer freaking HATES Trump. Look up his DemocacyNow interview.

If he is talking about Tur's book, it's not about him, its about the campaign. That's right in the title.

/ although the title is long, maybe he couldn't read all the way to the end
// or maybe the real problem is that his name ISN'T in the title
/// thinkin' slashies

He's talking about Tur's book. He tweeted this out like 10 minutes after she was interviewed on Morning Joe today. Which he TOTALLY doesn't watch anymore, right?

I listened to that also. Katie Tur from NBC is the reporter and I heard another interview where she went into more detail about being at Trump rallies and feeling really scared when he would whip up the crowd with his "fake media" rhetoric
