Yes, this is Huddersfield's first trip to the London Stadium, but given the defense of West Ham, they can make it their own against the Hammers.

If I am West Ham, I am benching Joe Hart for this match.  He has been nowhere close to the form he had at Man City.

Andy Carroll starting today.
I picked Huddersfield to win because West Ham has been beyond bad.
Sadly, I am not going to get get to watch because I am about to crunch some muscle relaxers which will knock me out cold.

With Carroll, Wet Spam might prevail.
I hope not though. They're the only thing keeping Palace off the bottom spot

Huddersfield have not conceded and West Ham have not scored?  Sounds like a perfect game to bank on the Hammers.

Evening all.

'Mon 'Uddersfield.

No Ill after effects from my 75km ride yesterday. Except I am aware of my knees.

So West Ham is where petit poir ended up.

2017-09-11 03:20:04 PM
The Terriors look a bit nervy today.

2017-09-11 03:26:46 PM
West Ham free kick pinballs but does not quite get passed the line

2017-09-11 03:29:48 PM
Hammers having most of the possession and still, they struggle with accuracy.

Bar's first action all weekend

I really want to watch this match, but the titanic clash between Chelmsford and East Thurrock United has nabbed my interest.

Also, I'm at work and can't watch.

2017-09-11 03:33:07 PM
Huddersfield refuse to clear, turn it over for a throw in

2017-09-11 03:39:26 PM
No Roy and Moss pics yet?

2017-09-11 03:39:27 PM
Terriers still not able to master going over the top against the Hammers back wall

2017-09-11 03:40:21 PM
Kuyate completely flubbed that shot

West Ham free kick, Creswell tries for goal and fails

2017-09-11 03:44:49 PM
Lucky that boot to the face was just a talking to

/que Liverpool fans ranting

2017-09-11 03:45:54 PM
That was rather ticky tack for a card.

2017-09-11 03:51:03 PM
I could have done without the theme to Welcome Back, Cotter to signify the return of Rooney with Everton to Old Trafford this weekend.

2017-09-11 03:56:33 PM
West Ham with all the stats.

So looking forward to a sucker punch from Uddersfield just after half time

2017-09-11 04:04:40 PM
That looked more acrobatic from Antonio than an actual foul.

2017-09-11 04:05:22 PM
Another free kick for the Hammers that is nowhere near on goal

2017-09-11 04:07:04 PM
Yes, that was worth a booking for the slide tackle

2017-09-11 04:11:56 PM
Nice shot from distance by Huddersfield

2017-09-11 04:14:15 PM
Kouyate trying for a PK, and nothing doing.

2017-09-11 04:16:02 PM
Argh.  A real attack from the Terriers and it is flagged as offside

2017-09-11 04:20:10 PM
Juuuuust a bit too far on that chip shot cross.

2017-09-11 04:23:05 PM
Oh a tantalizing cross for Huddersfield that finds nobody

2017-09-11 04:26:09 PM
The gap was there, but Mooy just could not pull the trigger fast enough and he puts it over the bar.

2017-09-11 04:28:54 PM
Stupid work getting in the way of watching footie.
Doesn't look like I have missed much.
Oh well, off to lunch finally.

Livescore says goal. Goal?

2017-09-11 04:30:52 PM
Blind luck gets West Ham a goal as it deflects off the back of a center back to the top corner beyond the reach of the keeper.

2017-09-11 04:31:23 PM

Langston: Livescore says goal. Goal?

Yep, that was a goal

2017-09-11 04:34:44 PM
Haven't seen a goal like that for a while.

2017-09-11 04:35:17 PM
And there is the second goal, toe poked in amongst the chaos of the box off a corner kick

2017-09-11 04:38:39 PM
And Huddersfield find the bar, but nothing more.

2017-09-11 04:43:45 PM
Wish I could see this. Sounds like it was a whole lot of nothing until 60'

Basically correct. The 2-0 score is flattering for wham, but I'm sure their fans will take it!

I really should be working...

I haven't seen much of him since he left manu. I remember back then he got an injury and never really seemed the same. But that is ancient history. No clue how he was at Real or Levercusen.

He was pretty nondescript while at Real. Had a career resurgence at Leverkusen, especially during '15-16.

I believe he hit the bar tonight, right? Multitasking not sure...
