That's cheesy as hell, and yet....I would love to have one for my favorite team.  (Especially if it plays Steve Raible shouting "TOUCHDOWN SEAHAWKS".)

/Probably not alone in saying that.

Meh. They also sell them for the 49ers, Broncos, Colts, Giants, Jets and Raiders.

But being ESPN, God forbid they talk about anything other than the AFC east.

I want a glass that lights up every time Joe Flacco throws an interception.

They need a Gleason Glass that would light up every time Atlanta gets a punt blocked.

Are they selling 28,300 of those as well?

I mean, most of those teams, they're no different than regular cups.

That's one of the silliest things I've heard. Does a six year old run their marketing department?

They did something similar with the NHL goal light.  Thought it would be cool, until I realize I would tape the games to be watched later, so this would sort of ruin it.  Couldn't really watch the recording of the game if the goal light didn't come on at all during the real time of the game.

I have a light and a few glasses synced to the Flyers and the (Winnipeg) Jets. They are a nice accompaniment to the games. Of course, they were a little useless come playoffs. You can add teams easy enough depending on who was over watching.

Plus they do updates occasionally for things like the World Juniors and Olympic hockey and I think they even did one for Blue Jays homers in the playoffs the year before. It made the Bautista bat flip even more intense.
