We should go back to the Missing Plane Network or whatever it was tag in honor of this event.

Worst Where's Waldo ever. Where's the circling, highlighting, etc. they'd normally use to highlight important objects in the image? Do they expect me to have special cloud removal software and an Enhance button?

I thought I saw a news tease this morning involving Natalee Holloway. So, it looks like the mainstream news media is trying to steer further away from current, relevant substance than ever before.

My theory is that it has crashed into the ocean. I might be wrong though. It could have fallen into a trans-dimensional warp and ended up crashed on some island. Odd.....I have this strange feeling of deja vu,,,,,,

Now if this was a satellite photo of a remote mountain, I could see them being able to look. But a ocean view. Good luck

MH-370?  What is it?

In honor of this, can we revive the old "Missing Plane Network" Fark tag for CNN?

Why does it take 3 years to see satellite images??

I too have always speculated (wild as it may seem) that the relatively tiny airplane disappeared when it crashed into the relatively gi-f*cking-gantic ocean.

A flight from Malaysia to China that made a big U turn and was last seen heading out over a barely explored section of ocean. About 4 years ago.

It's not that it's barely explored, it's that it's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY the hell out there in the absolute middle of nowhere.  Nothing to "explore", really, just vast, vast ocean.  That's one fact that leads me to favor (slightly) criminal action rather than an accident.  That's exactly where you'd want something to splash down if you didn't want it ever found.

According to an email I received today MH370 was an attempt to kill Bill Gates with a thermonuclear weapon.

I'll see if I can find it, it was one of the greatest displays of crazy mind that I've ever seen.

They should be able to find chunks of the plane on the ocean floor if they look in the right place. They have to find the right place first.

It looks like the area of interest is about 1 mile deep or more. This is a previous map and I think TFA says the area of interest is now slightly north and east:

Depends.  If the autopilot (or a still-alive pilot) is able to keep the wings level as they land it would likely break the fuselage into a few large chunks.  If it hit the water at high speed it might has well have hit concrete, it will be in a billion pieces.
