As an individual who has done quite a lot of research on the topic, and worked with lots of state DMVs on a variety of driver licensing issues, I can say without hesitation that this is indeed the case.

In particular if the state DMV in question is California or Florida.

1. The DMV has got nothing to do with this since it happened in South Africa (yes that's the name of a country) and not in the US of A.
2. Personalised number plates are NOT illegal in South Africa.
3. The WP part stands for "Western Province" - all number plates in the Western Cape Province of SA has WP at the end.
4. WP == White Power makes zero sense in this case since the woman in question is not white.

Simply put, jews aren't the only people to have their society/culture/religion/political structure overthrown, only for the surviving diaspora to return to reclaim their land.
