No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

R.I.C.O act should work.  It appears to be a classic organized crime investigation with incompetent criminals.

Illegal real estate loans.  It was good enough to start the Clinton impeachment, and you can't tell me Trump hasn't done a couple of those.

Hillary probably made those loans with email so it's different.

Trump has donated more money to Democrats than everyone Mueller has hired combined.  Therefore Trump is an illegitimate President.

TFA: Trump should order that every prosecutor, other attorney or investigator acting on behalf of the United States of America shall investigate crimes - not people. Law enforcement means solving an actual crime that a complaining witness has reported.

People v Foranyic: There is some activity that is so unusual, so far removed from everyday experience, that it cries out for investigation, and will justify a detention even when there is no specific crime to which it seems to relate[....]

We conclude that a reasonable police officer, considering the totality of the circumstances, would reasonably suspect criminal activity might be afoot upon viewing someone on a bicycle, with an ax, at 3 in the morning. Certainly we would expect a diligent officer to investigate such unusual behavior
[...] even though no recent "ax crime" had been reported.

For while Foranyic insists there was nothing about him which suggested criminal activity, he is unable to suggest, and we cannot conceive of, much in the way of noncriminal activity which is accomplished with an ax in the dead of night. The officer could reasonably eliminate firefighting and lumberjacking from the list of possible pursuits Foranyic might have been engaged in. And while there are doubtless some reasonable explanations which might be conjured up, "The possibility of an innocent explanation does not deprive the officer of the capacity to entertain a reasonable suspicion of criminal conduct."

Look, I am going to be honest with you here, the Admins don't base the greenlit link on the source, they base it on the headline. We get upwards of 2000 headline submissions per day and it's simply impossible to read every story. The admin who greened this (no, it wasn't me) thought it would lead to a good discussion based on the subject. This was the best headline the Admin found in the queue. So If you'd like to see stories from other locations, please, submit them with funny or compelling headlines.

We have conservative users. We hope to continue to have conservative users. They will submit headlines. Some of those headlines will be greenlit.

Finally, is there any reason to believe this is "Fake News"? This is quite obviously an op-ed. Wouldn't you be more informed about what people you don't agree with are saying than less informed? Wouldn't you rather see a story debunked in the comments so that you know how to address talking points from the other side rather than just yell "Fake News!" like so many do nowadays rather than learn more so that you can explain why the author of TFA is wrong?

Have a month of TF, check out the full submission queue, and see if you can do better on headline writing.

A reasonable search requires probable cause for a reasonable person to believe a crime has been committed, not incontrovertible evidence.

Yes, that's all fine but not all brain farts build a basis or are even a starting point for a good discussion. Have you actually ever tried to lay of the shiatty websites, left or right leaning, to see what happens?

BTW, I would love to read more intellectually stimulating material and opinions from the right. I don't enjoy smelling farts. Good luck finding them, I know where I can find the others.

I'll reiterate what I said earlier. Try submitting articles you would like to discuss with funny or compelling headlines. Or just simply skip the discussion threads that link to material you don't want to see.

Good idea. I've done my small share of submissions incl plenty of brainfarts. I would love to see more submissions from places I don't frequent but not because they smell like my shower after I let go a juicy one, more because I simply don't know about them.
