I've gotten in to some Rose recently... not bad if chilled properly. I plan on firing a few rounds down range this weekend, in fact.

Oh Froshies went upscale... back in my day it was just crappy fruit juice and everclear in popsicle molds.

Ok a vodak and rose slushee. This isn't a drink, it's a cry for help.  Or maybe just a good deep dicking.

"Pampelmousse" is French for grapefruit juice, but it's also slang for "fatso."

Step one: have the decency-forsaken auto-play video blast you with some bloody jingle at volume levels best measured in Beufort.

I guess it's one way to drive you to drink.

What about a Brosé?  It's made with Grey Goose, and you have to wear a white beater and backwards cap when you drink it.

What about a Wife Beater? It's a bottle of Stella Artois, and you have to wear a grey goose and backwards cap when you drink it.

The text claims vodka and rose. The drink is mostly rose then tequila then grapefruit liqueur. No vodak. How much had the author been drinking to confuse vodak and tequila.

If you enjoy rosé, more power to you. I have found one that I find bearable, but why would I spend money for something that's merely bearable when there are whites and reds I really enjoy. If I want to get "wacky" in
the summer, there are some fantastic French ciders (like the one below) that are inexpensive and delicious.

Text is for a different drink, the headline is for the video.

Both recipes are a waste of rose.

/started to type "waste of good rose", but caught myself

Any drinks recipe that needs to name the brand of a specific liquor when "vodka" or "gin" would suffice, then it's an advertisement.

Wuss drink spiked with Vodak? Meh. Step up and try a Death In The Morning (Champagne and Absinthe - the real stuff - not US made (go to Alandia.de for examples)), you may or may not remember if you enjoyed it.

The one that was okay was a dry rosé. Still, I prefer a good, dry red more, and I can find reds more to my taste for about half the price of the one decent rosé I found. Honestly, it doesn't bother me what others drink. If you like something I don't,  more for you.

What I hate about these fads, though, is that it seems like people are trying to shove rosé down my throat. I'm a little long in the tooth to attend a byob party, but rosé only parties are happening with alarming frequency. I stick to water at those parties. Or someone wants to give me a rose slushy, or a rose popsicle, or a rose sangria. Actually, that last one isn't horrible if there's enough brandy, fruit, and cava added to kill the taste, but I would be happier with the cava or the brandy.

I love rose. And I don't care who knows it. But why would you mix it with vodka? Do they not make Boone's Farm anymore?
