FTA: "I think we ought to acknowledge that we can come back to healthcare afterwards but we need to move ahead on tax reform," Hatch said. Asked who would relay the message to the Trump administration, Hatch laughed and said, "I'm going to be one who does that," adding that he expected Republican leaders of the House and Senate, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, would do so, too.

Yep, gotta get those billionaire tax cuts going!

Actually the world is watching and going "why the f*ck is that clown in charge?" first, then asking about single payer.

Maybe if they actually sat down and took the time to actually work out a bill instead of blindly rushing in to try and destroy the ACA they might have a chance.

Look, cocktails are only discounted for so long during lunch and happy hour. You can't expect them to start paying full price evening rates.

Just who the fark is working for whom?

Congress needs to both sober up and grow back the family jewels they were born with. And that family is the USA not some ridiculous tin puppet in orangeface.

Well, the tweet is talking about the health insurance bill, so, per that, that is the first thing on that topic.  Granted, overall, everyday, they are saying what you said.

Why won't the Democrats join us in dismantling their President's signature law?

And the ACA was essentially a canabilized version of the GOP plan from 1997.  They couldn't even come up with an alternative to legislation they wrote themselves.

Why won't the Democrats join us in dismantling their President's signature lawpretending the law we invented is falling apart at the seams so we can continue to score cheap political points with the imbecilic rubes who still support us?

Obamacare is a patient with a minor fracture that could be easily fixed with some basically competent treatment. The republicans have argued it's Terri Schiavo and we need to pull the plug, and they're made that democrats won't go along with justifying their lies.

If republicans had half the sense of a brain-dead elephant they'd have argued that Obama implemented a borked version of Romneycare and they were doing to fix what Obama did wrong.  But republicans are sad, pathetic idiots, so here we are.

That won't cause any contention. I'm sure the Baby Preservation, Women Get Back to the Kitchen and Billionaires and Corporations Pay Nothing bill is going to go over like gangbusters.

I hope the military refuses to carry it out, and Congress impeaches and convicts him immediately.

Of course, the latter will depend on what the target was...

Newsflash: once you grant the Great Unwashed a benefit (subsidized healthcare via vastly expanded Medicaid, regardless of its original purpose) it's hell to pay to try to get that benefit back.

Hell to pay mean the louts lose their friggin' jobs. Which they all should, since their sham votes to repeal were just that - frauds.

ObamaCare was designed to implode in order to bring on Single Payer.  I see no spine in the current Republicrats to fend off that eventuality. Friggin' self-serving cowards without principals.

The military is obligated to disobey any unlawful order, even from the president. This is pretty well-established law. You would be hard-pressed to argue that Preznit Cheese Nips would be justified in attacking the civilian population "in rage".

Of course, this is dependent on who has the keys for the strike. The military pretty heavily supported President Moron in the last election.

So... you know.... good luck surviving the ol' Hick Defense Force we've got since Dubya farked it all up in Iraq.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - It was a unique insight into President Barack Obama's management style.

Obama dominated the debate during Thursday's nearly seven hour cross-party summit on healthcare, always in command not only of the room but also of the most intricate policy details, as he personally rebutted every point he disagreed with.

Hey GOP, why don't you guys do something like this? In front of the cameras? You claim you want bipartisanship but McConnell had to hide in a backroom with 12 other white guys to come up with the shiatburger you wanted to serve up to the country.

fark you, Hatch.
