At least it didn't ruin someone's life by being arrested for the crime.

The woman won't do 32 years, in fact she probably will not do any time as it is obvious she has mental health problems.

I'm fine with her going to prison for 32 years.  From what I remember, she's played the rape cars on multiple occasions.

That's way more than the damned rapist would get. Get real! Give her five to ten. If she really gets rape, give the rapist 32.

Falsely reporting a crime should get you whatever punishment would be handed to someone who actually did the crime. Put her in prison, and on the sex offenders registry for life.

False rape allegations destroy lives, and spread distrust toward actual rape victims.  A nice high-profile legal case like this might help, especially since it's exceptionally clear-cut that she lied, so there's no plausible dampening effect on reports of real rapes.

I must admit I suspected a NY Post link about a false rape to be waaay more sensational than it was. The MRA crowd loves these cherry-picked examples and, well, they seem to be among the Post's target audience.

Meanwhile back in the real world..

https://www.rainn.org/articles/addressing-rape-kit-backlog

http://www.endthebacklog.org/backlog/what-rape-kit-backlog

Hundreds of thousands of rape kits that could identify serial sexual attackers are sitting untested by police departments across the country - despite promises and federal funds to clear the backlog, a new agency-by-agency count suggests.
Documents obtained exclusively by USA TODAY Media Network, an NBC News partner, uncovered more than 70,000 neglected forensic evidence kits amassed by more than 1,000 police agencies. That's just a fraction of the nation's 18,000 police departments, so the total number of untested kits is likely far higher.

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/rape-kits-n393186

Of course the article I quoted from is a few years old, so maybe the backlog is less, who knows.

I know I was too serious for this, right? I just wanted to post this for anyone out there who is a survivor who still gets bothered that the stories like this are the ones that are focused on at tiems instead of all the other ones of real victims and survivors, to their detriment.

My only regret about "quitting" facebook is that now I don't get to see my local feminist brigade lose their minds once a week over some shiat like this.

My favorite was the Fifty Shades of Gray/consent fiasco, lots of internalized misogyny unearthed with that one.

A black gang rape of a white woman in Texas?  Wouldn't make it to trial.  The cops would empty their clip magazines in each of them, reload and repeat until out of bullets.

I check around to see if there isn't a highly perforated brother missing already.

The headline says she was naked. The article says half naked. The cops said her shirt was unbuttoned. The church lady said she had too short of a skirt for church. Actually she was at home in her jammies watching Jerry Springer.

So, empowered women don't report rapes? Or don't falsely report rapes?
Personally, I doubt she'll do any time.  If she'd positively identified anyone as her assailant, she definitely should have.  At this point, it's just a false report.

From you own link:

"They have no evidentiary value left for us - meaning we already know who the suspect is," Crump said. "Or we have determined that no crime occurred in those cases."

FTA-She allegedly told parishioners that black men had taken her into the woods and raped her. ... It is not known what prompted her to report the hoax.

This biatch may be mentally sick, but she's definitely evil and needs to have the book thrown at her. It's a sign of progress when the worst outcome would have been innocent men having their life "ruined" by being arrested. Not too long ago, there would have been lynch mobs out in force over this and black men would have been tortured to death. Even today there was serious potential for black people to be beaten and killed. She knew exactly what she was doing with this Dylon Roof shiat. NOTHING stirs white america like a story of a young attractive white girl being beaten and raped by black men.

FTA-
She was arrested in March for the misdemeanor offense of false report to a peace officer, but officials decided to seek more charges.
"The more we have looked at what happened in this case, and considered the harm it caused, and certainly could have caused, we believe what she did fits the elements of these higher charges," Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown said in a statement. "What she did was very serious, and we believe it was felony conduct."

Translation-this biatch tried to start helter skelter (incite serious racial violence) and a bullshiat misdemeanor doesn't even begin to cover it. She won't get 32 years, but she'll do some time and she deserves it.

/props to the cops for seeing through her bullshiat
//props to the d.a. for realizing the gravity of the situation
///props to america for being cool while this shiat got sorted out

I heard one of the black guys who raped her was the dude who drowned Susan Smith's kids, another one killed Amanda Knox's roommate, and the third guy shot Sgt. Ralston in Philly.

Lock her up.  32 years might  be a bit much but 5 or 10 would certainly be appropriate.

False testimony is a crime completely unrelated to rape. If convicted, she'll have been proven to have tried to victimise no fewer than 3 people. Crying wolf over 3 fictitious black men kidnapping and gang raping in a community is a terrible crime against that community and any black men therein. Also in the real world, you are deflecting from these victims despite being unrelated to the victims you want to focus on.

This isn't whataboutism regarding rape, this is about an alleged case of fraud which happened to be in the guise of rape.

Tl,dr; why emulate the behavior bolded if it offends you?

She claimed gang rape by African Americans in a part of the nation where that sort of accusation was enough to start housewarming and necktie parties.  Yes she has mental hygiene issues, but she can get that sort of help if she wants it and still do a couple of years for the seriousness of the accusation she decided to make up.

2017-07-27 07:53:06 PM

I would have fun with her

/Also, to the moran who said that women who claim false rape should be added to the sex offender registry, thats a good way to get her raped for real. Who's gonna believe her after that?

I don't know about prison, but maybe a lot of community service and time spent with actual rape victims.  The racial angle is pretty terrible too.

2017-07-27 08:15:39 PM
On the other hand, if she's not actually mentally ill beyond being a crazy racist who was looking to start a lynch mob or something, then throw the book at her.  Maybe that's the case here...

Not guilty by reason of insanity people often spend more time locked up than sane people who are found guilty.

If she didn't accuse a real person and no one was hassled for the imaginary crime I think a max of 5 years would be sufficient.
