I was caught in this storm, albeit about 1/2 mile east.  Water came out of nowhere.   Weight of the water coming over the botton lip of my front bumper tore the plastic undercarriage protector (almost) clean off.  Ended up dragging it for several miles before it finally ripped clean from my front  bumper and wheel wells.  Sigh.  Passenger snapped thid photo of the flood water coming over a retaining wall at the moment we drove into it .img.fark.net
