Well, I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen at my alma mater.

Is this your alma mater?

I'm sure the "academic side" loves it when administrators claim to speak for them like this.

Fantastic.  They might as well change their school mottoes to "Panem et Circenses" at the same time.

Would you expect anything else from the largest community college east of Tempe, AZ?

Admitting you're a NFL farm team is the first step in accepting you're not an educational institution.

I hope the students at Santa Cruz don't find out about this....would you want to attend a school symbolized
by a banana slug?

Excuse me, my good rust chipper, but I do believe you have us mistaken for Penn State.

*nervously checks local news*

Yes, you most certainly have your lifelong friends and quality people at Ohio State confused for Penn State.

*whew*

Just over two more months of nothing until the best time of the year when college foosball starts. I like baseball, but subsisting on summer baseball alone for two more months might do me in this time.

Just over four months until the NHL is back on the ice.

Indeed, I have.

My bad. Apologies, good sir.

I like the thought that the kid there is now an enforcer on his elementary school playground, going around slugging kids in Flyers sweaters and taking their lunch money. Kids who are Caps fans just straight up give him their money before he knocks them out because they have no fight left in them.

No problem, my good man. Those of us here at Ohio State keep our scandals confined to coaches punching opposing players, coaches paying sucky Serbians to ride the pine, former players prepared to go John Matrix, and players getting tattoos jn exchange for items they wore in games.

We're all about family here at Ohio State, we like our scandals to be rather innocuous and fun for all ages so we stay out of that whole providing cover for kiddie molesters area. We're big on opportunity and growth though, so never say never.

To be fair, Penn State didn't show a lot of discrimination against age in their scandal

An issue with classic academic crests is that they typically become far too indistinct when shrunken down. Logos can be distinct even in very small sizes.

It is big money for the correct people. The Longhorn logo for UT is solely owned by the football team. Any other UT sports program must pay a licensing fee to have it on their uniform and support gear. Helps pay for the football players hookers and blow.

There are all sorts of printers and other similar businesses in Texas that specialize in art and can get you a longhorn logo for cheaper but you can't then resell it or ask for huge numbers, else the Longhorn legal team will hunt you down. Lots of UT based charity teams/orgs will do this.
