Hobby's search didn't turn up any illicit drugs either, which suggests these cops aren't just ignorant of the Constitution, they're also not particularly good at their jobs.

There are days when I wonder how much longer until we start seeing these sorts of mandatory mass searches are going to be used on adults at work or on public transport.....

I, for one, can't wait. When I take my dick out on the bus now, I get arrested. In our Glorious American Future, I'll simply be cooperating with the police.

DICKS OUT FOR TRUMP!

Especially if the starting point is an area not 100% dependent on public transport, like Atlanta.  Around here, MARTA is the last choice for many people, so the outrage would be met with an attitude of "if you don't like it, don't use MARTA" well as "if you have nothing to hide . . . ," that's also very popular around here.  Try launching it where there are fewer options, like the Northeast corridor, and you'd probably see more pushback.

nCSB: I was walking on the Boston University campus when a campus police car drove past. The officer reversed past me and cut me off nearly hitting me. He jumped out and said he determined I was in possession of alcohol. The drinking age had just jumped from 18 to 19, yes I'm old. I refused to open my book bag without a warrant. The officer tapped his badge and said that was all the warrant he needed. I refused. After about five minutes he just jumped back into his car and left. Very tense

And when you're a cop, they let you do it. You can do anything.

Whatever you want.

Grab 'em by the pussy. You can do anything.

i'll bet those officers had a great time telling their wives and girlfriends how they spent their shift that day.

woman: "so how was your day dear?"
cop: 'oh, I got to violate and sexually harass 900 school kids.  boobs, vaginas, underwear checks...the usual.  didn't find anything tho.  hey, what's for dinner?'

When I was in high school the "student resource officer" (basically just a cop assigned to the school) did SO MUCH illegal crap. There was random talk of doing something, but this was Florida under Jeb Bush. Not a good environment to complain about the police.

//There was also the "Christian Brotherhood" within the Sheriff's department.
///If they showed up you knew you were about to be beaten up.
////For some reason they never seemed to get charged with anything. Funny, that.

I don't buy it.  This is a high school and there aren't already 300 videos online?  That's like somebody being prosecuted for streaking across the field during half time at the superbowl and there were no witnesses.

This is just a procedural question but as a female can you ask to have a woman pat you down? I understand there may be certain circumstances where that may not be able to happen but in general is that allowed?

i think you're right. Murican citizens have a long history of being taught they'll get their asses kicked if they stand up for themselves. unarmed college students shot dead during peaceful protests. a Philadelphia neighborhood decimated by a bomb set off under the instructions of a Mayor. Murica has it all. we're way overdue for our own Bastille Day.

I find it hard to believe that you could search an entire 900 student school and not find at least one single farking joint.

In fact, I find it so hard to believe that I agree that they were not "not good at their jobs" because they never tried to do their 'job' in the first place.  They just wanted to feel up some fresh young titty.
