I saw Polar Express.  A Tom Hanks manquin would get me to vacate my hotel room mid Anthony Weiner.

Sadly Al-Anon gives me a local number that I don't want to overwhelm.  So Google it, and call, if you need it.

Reminds me of the militarized police in Ferguson cracking down on all protesters ignoring the curfew.....especially the mannequins looting the store.

Not that they should just pay out $10,000 to get rid of this, because they really shouldn't.

But the plaintiff sure is humiliating his worthless life by saying

"Boutwell said the incident has left him limited in what he can do for work and fun, including a loss of life enjoyment. He's seeking damages to cover his medical bills, attorney fees, pain and suffering and wages and earning potential"

So if real, and he says it is real, it means all that is only worth $10,000.

Admittedly a stupid act on the part of the hotel. But going all Mr. Pansy is a tad much. He needs to work a couple of months as a sapper in Iraq or Syria to gain some perspective.

This makes me want to ask just how much Mr. Boutwell weighs, for some odd reason.

As much as it pains me, I have to agree with him. That would have scared the life out of me. I have woken up to see my husband in the doorway, but at first, in shadow, he seems much bigger, so I scream, or at least jump. I'm sure in his case though, alcohol was involved.

I don't get it, you walk into your dark room, someone is there, you turn and leave. No running necessary, no hurrying. That stuff would happen if the person spoke to you or made some kind of move, any move. Then you'd make a run for it. Otherwise it's just that brief initial shock, then you walk away. This guy is so transparent in his attempted scam.

Fark Login accurate?  Kidding.

"Woken Up" is one thing.  Sometimes, you can't wake someone up without startling them.   Walking into a room and freaking out over an inanimate object that isn't in any other way inciting,  is another.

The lawsuit claims he suffered undefined injuries to his body, limbs, organs, mind and nervous systems, resulting in conditions that may be permanent and disabling.

WTF? Did he jump out of a 10th floor window or something?
