We should be so lucky.

Malkin said that now, the press acts like the "zealous guardians of Democracy" when they are clearly "shills" for the Democrats.

Those two things are not mutually exclusive.

This level of paranoia and obsession with the previous administration is completely normal and healthy. Not at all worrisome. Nope. This is fine.

The MSNBC simulcast on Sirius had an ad for some crapfest from Newsmax where Obama's deep web was out to kill us all.

/GOP deflector shields appears to be operational

Conservative Review host Michelle Malkin said Hollywood and the press formed a united front against President Trump everyone pay attention to me.

...She then went on to talk about how, back in the day, every frat guy wanted to nail her.

2017-04-20 08:56:21 AM
It's 2017 and we're still talking about Wright and Ayers.  Not really surprising since we're still talking about Whitewater and Monica Lewinsky.

The only way Trump could distract from his negatives during the campaign was to deflect to "b-b-b-but Obama" and "b-b-b-but Hillary."  Now he's president and it's STILL all he's got.

And the shiat of it is, when we talked about "but [Bill] Clinton" 16 years ago and "but Bush" it was about current administrations either continuing old policies that sucked (according to the person making said arguments) or leaving a mess to clean up for the new administration.  Trump's people keep talking about Obama trying to re-take the Presidency while Obama is off on a loooong vacation with his family.  Obama's relegated to the speaking circuit when he's done.  Hillary is pretty much political poison at this point.  Nobody wants to see either of them in the White House now simply because that's not how our government works - it's all on Trump to get shiat done but all he can do is act as if people are out to get him.  At least it would be healthy if Trump were talking about the people who ARE actually out to "get" him instead of political non-entities with no power or influence at this point.

Having a president that could keep up with the location of an entire flotilla of battleships was an underappreciated aspect of the Obama era.

Especially when at the beginning of the last administration we weren't supposed to say, b-b-but Bush destroyed the economy, lied us into war, committed war crimes and allowed us to get attacked on 9/11. We were told to move on. Now, they want us to biatch about Obama because he gave us healthcare and attempted diplomacy with other nations.

Bullshiat, I heard about his "ties" To Wright and Ayers in 2008 before he was ever elected.

And you know what?  Neither Ayers or Wright was appointed to any government positions.  Trump, on the other hand, promotes all his scumbag radical allies.

Right, because it's not like an entire political party said their goal was to make Obama fail, did their best to make it happen, and were supported by their millions of party faithful  and their propaganda wing led by the most popular cable news network.

Look at the field where I grow my farks, and see that it is barren.

The most bizarre and dangerous thing in American politics right now is how successfully the GOP has demonized Obama, Clinton, and Democrats as a whole using nothing of substance whatsoever.

There is, in fact, a vast right wing conspiracy.  And it is funded in part by organized crime and the Russians.  And the right thinks that's fine because they've been brainwashed by their own propaganda.

Agreed. I never thought that I'd be particularly worried that the president could read past an elementary school level. I mean, a lot of people gave W a hard time for not being the more well spoken man around but he never seemed flat out stupid, uneducated, and ignorant to me the way that Trump does.
