Capaldi has replaced Tennant as the greatest Doctor. McCoy is in third.

Doesn't make up for the fact that Moffat cheated us out of a year of Capaldi. The new showrunner better be ready to do a season every year.

Did mid-1960s Cybermen say, "Delete. Delete"?

I have assumed it was a PC-age term.

You assume correctly. They really didn't have a catchphrase.  In The Invasion, they didn't even bother speaking. (Except for their Controller thingy)

They need to do that "actor opens their mouth and a reedy, singsong, ancient voder-sounding voice comes out" thing they did. That shiat was unnerving as all hell.

I believe the closest they ever came to a catchphrase was "We Will Survive" or "You Will Be Like Us" both from Tomb of the Cybermen
