I am now picturing Minnie Mouse as Countess Bathory...

...I'll be in my bunk.

I think so, but how do we get unrestricted access to infants and a machine to extract their blood and mix it into an alcoholic cocktail?

I can't wait for the day when humans can make our bone marrow functionally immortal. It might be my defeatist beliefs in human nature and a need to change, but this means we can live mostly disease free until we die. I would rather be 25ish until I died at 85 then be 85 forever. Both would be nice, but the dystopian future of the rich sewing strings in society while the poor live and die kinda sticks in my bum.

It makes a good amount of sense. Our cells only live because the blood transports energy and hormones. The blood being the literal way of life is probably the key for invertebrates. Those jellyfish use dark magic and dont count.
