Everyone knows in the 12th doctor's 38th episode, which is the 12th episode of the tenth season, he's going to meet up with the 11th Doctor's companion, Amy Pond.  At that point, they will travel back to the second episode of the fourth series, where they will take on the roles of Caecilius and the Soothsayer in "The Fires of Pompeii", starring the 10th Doctor.  Keep up.

Where are the spoilers?

Unconfirmed rumors and bullshiat from the Daily Mail are spoilers now?

Hell, it's from the Daily Mail, which means Doctor Who and Peter Capaldi probably don't even exist.

I'm finally watching "In the Thick of it."  Capaldi's give for delivering invective is breathtaking, and shows his breadth when comprared with the Doctor.

I hope they don't do that.  It sounds dumb.

I'm not a died in the wool, Dr. Who fan, but I did see that episode.  I can tell if you're kidding, or whether they're really going to loop the plot-line around like that so that a more recent doctor is actually integral to a much older episode.  That would be pretty cool if it happened.

I've heard that Matt Groening would like to end the Simpsons by merging the last shot of the show with the very first shots of the show (I think I read that it's of Homer entering the house), so that the story arc runs in an infinite loop.

I kind of wish they would do that as sort of a Trials and Tribblations episode.

I'm still not entirely sure he wasn't the person who finally got Ferguson into re-hab. He's mentioned a few times separately in American on Purpose, but from what I remember Craig left the identity of who got him to go (and paid for it) unsaid.

Given Moffat's penchant for crazy time-looping story lines, this makes perfect sense.

moffat would think it would be an awesome idea if the show were to end that the final doctor would regenerate into william hartnell to blow everyone's mind that the first doctor wasn;t really the first and somehow it being circular all made sense

Capaldi will forever have the Clara taint on him. Sorry dude but you got shafted.

I really can't stand the amount of cutesy-wootsy emotional sappy touchy-feely crap they got in Dr. Who these days. I love The Expanse because of the hard(er) scifi and strong major female characters. No matter how unearthly the unearthly element gets, humans are constrained by physics and psychology. Avasarala, Naomi, and Bobbie (also Drummer) are strong people who fight for what they think is right. Julie tried, but being a plot device, well ... still better than Clara.

The one really sappy scene in The Expanse (so far) was rightfully sappy, set up as a long burn for 1 1/2 seasons with character and plot development working up to this point. Then in that episode, a slog through horror becomes beautiful and dreamlike. You gotta EARN your Sleeping Beauty scene.

But will Moffat go with Davies' plan and explain why the two characters also look like Mr. Frobisher from "Torchwood: Children of Earth"? Oooh, or maybe he'll tie all three into The shapeshiftting comic strip character, Frobisher.

Donna is my fave post reboot companion and up there as my favorite ever.  She has the only arc that had emotional weight of any of them.  It's hard to reconcile that with my dislike of DT's Doctor, but how I feel.  I found his acting terrible and he came up with the stupid wibbly wobbly timey wimey BS which I hate.

//I know he didn't write it, but he said it.
