Given that the focus is on the rocket, there's no real need for a 360 degree view. So... meh on that.

Exactly. Just what is the point of this? Anything that's not the rocket might as well be a still photo.

I'm not sure the 360 thing is working..

I saw a video of a disappearing rocket :(

Ugh, it already launched That was fast.  Is it not following the trajectory or anything. What happened?

2017-04-18 11:16:45 AM
I'm too far north to see it. Too bad, nice clear skies.

All I saw was the little circle thingy in my browser with a rocket. The circle thingy went away and the rocket was gone. I guess this means I got to watch browser lag in full 360. Yay?

They call it 360 because you see it, do a 360, and walk away.

The 360 stream was horribly laggy and buffered constantly...

The main stream is fantastic as usual though.. I find it amazing we can stream farking video from Space still.  I can't leave my house more than 30ft before losing Wifi...  I can't imagine the science and technology to be able to beam live video during a launch seamlessly with no interruptions or buffering.

That thing is moving 3 miles/sec.
Rockin'!

I'll never get tired of these.  I don't care if it's a routine supply mission, this is the stuff of dreams.

this is pretty cool stuff.

Coasting now....
Launch me into space please. One way.

The clip of the launch *from the rocket* looking down is pretty damn cool. Too bad about the 360 thing though... oh well.

Playalinda.  It's an awesome beach and the far north part is clothing-optional.

Thanks, I was kinda turned around looking at that, It's a ton closer and the water was on the wrong side from Coco Beach looking at the AF base. The SpaceX launches must be even better from there, that much closer!

You see Dear Leader, this is how it is done.

Looking at the saved copy now... there was a pause right at launch, so there is a flash of the rocket off the pad, then it vanishes... tilt up and watch a white stick in the distance go away.

Would be more interesting to get 360 degree views from the rocket.
