As ridiculous as it might sound, his movies are EXTREMELY popular on Netflix. I don't personally understand it, but different strokes.

I fall asleep to NCIS on Netflix. There are a million episodes so it takes forever to get through them, but they're all exactly the same so you don't have to worry about dozing off and missing something.

What is CBS's infatuation with the navy? They did the same thing with JAG before NCIS.

Don't they have the same producer? He probably has some fixation about the navy and is really good at pitching concepts.

"It's like Law and Order... but in the navy!"
"It's like CSI... but in the navy!"

Did he also write songs for The Village People?

Yeah, no.  Competition implies someone else is taking customers.  Netflix subscribers already paid, awake or asleep.

NCIS was a spin-off from JAG.

When you want to watch the same garbage for the 10th time but without commercials.

Currently re-watching all of New Girl, shut up I like it.

I ... uhhh .... *know someone* who downloads pretty much every thing off of TPB but still pays for Netflix. That's how good Netflix is.

It's mostly organized. It has great documentaries and stand-up specials. The original content has some great stuff. The other content is good enough to find something to watch in the background.

Netflix became the world's largest supplier of methamphetamine so gradually nobody noticed until it was too late

I do that too. I have discovered that Supernatural is not a good choice for sleeping. Lie down for a nice, gentle Saturday afternoon nap. Wake up screaming.  Not cool, man. Not cool.

But what about that episode where Jethro Tull smacks Dinozzo in the back of the head?

That's why TNG is awesome... It's got less battles and explosions that can wake you up because Picard usually talked his way out of trouble and his voice is soothing.
