I would like to express my love and appreciation for the fine products of the U.S. Mint. Particularly those nice green pieces of paper imprinted with "20" and "50."

All I can say is that the good people at Abbvie are doing the Lord's work. A thank you pallet of Vicodin would help reinforce that message.

Not to take; I just want to retire by age 32.

That's pretty nice of them, but I wonder what the shelf life of Dr. Pepper is.  I bought a bunch of 2 liter bottles of diet coke because of a really good sale.  A few month later, I cracked open a bottle and it had gone bad, it tasted like carbonated coffee.

With 1,200 cans, she'll either have to significantly up her daily intake or have a Dr. Pepper party to use it up.

Meanwhile, in the marketing department at Pepper HQ: "Holy cow, I can't believe we finally unloaded that monstrosity of a fountain and also got a bunch of free publicity for it at the same time! We're geniuses! I mean, except for commissioning the monstrosity. Admittedly, that was a terrible idea."

That's nothing... visited my dad and had some diet coke. It tasted like poison. Sure enough, checked the date... over 2 years old.

I don't drink sugar (but I eat it all day long; no idea why I'm fat; but I digress...) but even the thought of that much (even diet) pop in cans makes my old fillings wince.

But it wouldn't take me long to drink that much pop, anyway (diet coke or diet pepsi). Totally addicted, even to the point of drinking decaf after whatever-p.m.

I picked up a bottle of Blanton's for my Dad. He said 'I'm not worthy.'  I sent that comment to the distillery and they sent Dad another bottle with a note; 'Yes, you are worthy Dad. Your daughter said so :)'  That was so nice :)  Made is whole year!

If it's regular soda up to a year passed the expiration date.  Diet soda is good only about 2 - 3 months after the exp date due to the artificial sweeteners in them.  They break down relatively fast and start to make the drink bitter tasting.

Well TFA said she drinks 2-3 cans a day so that will be 400-600 days. Maybe she will share with friends too.

Diet Dr. Pepper is good stuff and getting popular. Stores are constantly running out of it while all the other sodas gather dust. Caffeine levels are high and it tastes great.

Speaking of soft drink marketing, why did Pepsi approve that awfully ignorant, racially insensitive commercial when they had this great Jamaican Pepsi commercial already produced?

No punishment is too severe for swiping a $45 bottle of hooch? Yikes, I'm glad you're not my step-dad. Also, assuming he was a teenager at the time and not much of a scotch drinker, the Caol Ila was probably punishment enough-- unless he mixed it with Dr. Pepper-- hmmm....

He was 30 at the time although a pre-teen emotionally. Also, he drank like a fish so he wouldn't notice the difference between it and Wild Turkey. If he mixed it with anything, it was probably the Zoloft he stole from his mom (my ex).

Going by the can of Pepsi I'm drinking right now, the expiration date is in September, and if I'm reading the production code right it was made in January of this year, so I'm gonna say 9 months.  But I've drank expired sodas before that were just fine.  So long as it's stored in a temperature controlled area canned soda should be good for years.

Diet sodas have a much shorter shelf life due to the artificial sweeteners breaking down, similarly cans last longer than bottles.

Kansas State University Student Clair Daniels tweeted in December saying she wished she had a Dr. Pepper fountain installed in her house to save money on her favorite soft drink.
"I really just need to have a Dr. Pepper fountain installed in my house," she wrote. "That would probably be cheaper than how much I spend on it currently."
Much to her surprise the soda company arrived on her doorstep five months later to install a 6-foot-tall maroon colored Dr. Pepper fountain in her front yard, capable of holding 5 gallons of her favorite drink.

If they had no prior contact with her and only knew of her based on her tweet then how did they get her address?
