"Listicle" is a stupid word. It makes me think you're talking about a testicle that's taken on water and started leaning to one side.

Want to know everything you need to know about Law Enforcement and Bad Apples?

Never once, no matter how many times we see this article, does it start with "due to the confession of the former officer/prosecutor".

Even murderers and rapists have remorse sometimes, for god's sake.  Or at least deathbed confessions.

Ok.  Google 'Breasticle'.  Safe search off. Obviously NSFW.

He is one of 51 people who have accused a Chicago detective of framing them for murder.

WTF? When 50+ people accuse you of anything, it starts to look questionable... Only at 50+ though, 40+ doesn't count yet.

Five people swear Almodovar was with them at his aunt's house at the time of the shooting.
And this is somehow not good enough? Was his PD drunk?

In written responses to questions in Almodovar's quest for a new trial, Guevara asserted his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination 159 times.
In one case! But he is a hero though, right?

/keep telling me how an officer's word is worth more than a "citizen's"

The experience in prison "made me a better person. Those guys in there are my family." He said he hopes to go back to school, possibly for nutrition.

I get bitter about petty things. This guy spent 23 years in prison for something he didn't do.

23 years can make a man a murderer for real.

It's a tough job. Not everyone can do it. Better one innocent man go to jail than a guilty man go free. He HAS to be guilty of something, he probably deserved it. It's the lawyer's job to prove innocence, blame them. My feet hurt. My social security check is late. Stop whining you liberal.

I had a listicle once, my dermatologist froze it and cut it off. Lab says it was benign.

"The investigation found that at least 50 other people have accused the detective, Reynaldo Guevara, of framing them for murder"

But hey, we need to limit appeals and speed up executions in the interest of justice!

Right, Law 'N' Order conservatives?

This "detective" needs to spend the rest of his life serving the sentences of the people he sent to prison falsely. That would be justice.

I know it's getting off light, but Scaphism is illegal so it's the best we can realistically hope he'd get.

It's easier to say "Jury Nullification" than it is to ask for permission.
