The property owner, Jeffrey Gorn, told The Associated Press he spoke to the man camping on his property, and apparently didn't let him know about the natural deposits of sulfur, saltpeter and coal.

192 pages? The man is insane!

For starters, Trump would never read anything longer than a People article, and that is only if it was all about Trump!

Hey, here's a fun fact... the Janesville, Wisconsin gun shop the guy looted is literally called Armageddon Supplies.

With a name like that, you'd think they'd offer a free M16 with every hand-written manifesto.

2017-04-14 07:04:04 PM
You'd have to be pretty out-there to rob a gun store anyhow. The people who work there are armed and they know their guns well. And when they're closed the stores are locked up tight like little fortresses. Steel shutters and barred windows and such.

So if the guy stole eighteen guns and had five when they caught him, what did he do with the other eleven?

The other nine will be returned by the police after they check the remaining six to see if they were ever used in a crime. After that, the police will return the three remaining firearms to the gunshop owner.

"Thank you to all of the law enforcement officers whose selfless service over the past nine days lead to the arrest of Joseph Jakubowski. Our officers put their lives on the line to protect us and we are lucky to have their commitment and service.

"Violence is never the way to address our political differences no matter how deep the divisions may run. Today, the Democratic Party recommits itself to uniting our state and advocating for peaceful solutions to the obstacles that prevent every Wisconsinite from having the opportunity to achieve the American Dream."

Sorry, Stonelotus, but what part of that do you consider "strange?"

The manifesto ends with his wish to be executed by the president.

"Also I ask...If not by death the system captures me...Don't torture me! Don't cage me! Don't chain me! Walk me to a honorable death! I ask the system to give honor & dignity to my words! If I must walk to my death...I choose my death to be carried out by the hands of the president! The leader of the people! Not in secret either! On live T.V...Allow me to freely & peacefully walk to my death! In front of all the people I wished freedom. To fall by the president...The leader that has no honor or dignity for life! Honor my words with this honorable death!"

Not so much.  I think there were 5 gun stores broken into around Denver a few months ago (maybe last summer, can't remember) by people just breaking through glass doors.  There certainly are gun stores that put more effort into keeping guns out of burgalars hands (my local shop at least locks the handguns up at night and has steel bars on all the doors and windows), but if you want to steal guns it isn't going to take you long to find a vulnerable place.

I live 2 miles from Armageddon Supplies.  I've met this nutjob quite a few times.  He's just like everyone thinks, a whacked out lunatic.  Has a record as long as my leg.  He can rot in a hole somewhere for all most of us care.  I do have to say that it's nice to let the kids out after all the frenzy has died down...

The handful of gun stores I've personally seen have been well fortified. The sign by the road says "guns" but the building itself does not look inviting. It is clearly purpose-built to keep people out when it's locked up. If there are establishments relying on nothing more than a pane of glass to protect items that sell for hundreds of dollars apiece, well... I guess their insurance will have to cover it, but it still seems pretty irresponsible to me.

Perhaps when you're looking for an argument where there is only an observation, it is normal to be confused.

Subby, Trump did not offer him a Cabinet position. Jakubowski is employed by Elizabeth Warren.
