The school has issued an apology.

Our B.
We're good now right? You're not gonna sue us?

I remember
The thirty-five sweet goodbyes
When you put me on the Wolverine up to Annandale
It was still September
When your daddy was quite surprised
To find you with the working girls in the county jail
I was smoking with the boys upstairs when I
Heard about the whole affair, I said
Oh no
William and Mary won't do
Well, I did not think the girl
Could be so cruel
And I'm never going back
To my old school

Oleanders growing outside her door
Soon they're gonna be in bloom up in Annandale
I can't stand her
Doing what she did before
Living like a gypsy queen in a fairy tale
Well, I hear the whistle but I can't go, I'm gonna
Take her down to Mexico, she said oh no
Guadalajara won't do
Well, I did not think the girl
Could be so cruel
And I'm never going back
To my old school

California tumbles into the sea
That'll be the day I go back to Annandale
Tried to warn you
About Chino and Daddy Gee
But I can't seem to get to you through the U.S. Mail
Well I hear the whistle but I can't go, I'm gonna
Take her down to Mexico, she said
Oh no
Guadalajara won't do
Well, I did not think the girl
Could be so cruel
And I'm never going back
To my old school

I live within walking distance of Choate, so I'm getting a kick.  A town pastime for the locals is "Don't run over the Choate kid who can't cross the street"

Look, the upper classes in England have known for centuries that getting boned up the ass regularly is just part of growing up and preparing you for what you'll be doing to the "lower orders" for the rest of your life.

I saw a documentary about this on pornhub.

So many of those teachers were the 'cool' ones, the gregarious and charismatic ones. You never read about a molesting teacher who didn't take students on trips or take a special interest in their intelligence and talent.

This explains a lot about the American upper class.

More the elitists than the upper class, but your point still stands.

Without prep school buggery how the hell are we supposed to groom our youth for a future in politics?

Why didn't Penn State think of that?
Instead, they had riots and burned news vans, and shait.

Another person from Wally World!   Greetings.  I grew up around the corner from Choate and have often played "don't hit the Choatee."  Now I live on the other side of town.

I work in Wally World and when 68 gets buggered I take the back roads to 150. I get to play the same game from time to time.

my parents grew up there and my Grand mother still lives there. I think one of their cousins worked at Choate for a while in admissions.

Your honor, gentlemen, and ladies of the jury.  I am here to convince you to award the full damages to my clients.  Though there are only a SHORT list of perpetrators the breadth of their actions is very very very WIDEspread.  Though stubby, the girth of their misdeeds is gargantuan like a tuna can, or short stack of pancakes, a veritable manhole cover um, er...... Oh wait I grabbed the wrong notes, you're honor I'd like to call for a recess, this is my opening statement for Students Vs. CHOAD Rosemary Hall.

Investigator hired by the school itself to confirm what geverations of students already knew, limiting his inquiries only to offences on which statutes of limitations had already made indictments impossible.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

A buddy of mine was one the first black students there. He was a scholarship kid from Harlem and his first day there involved a KKK rally in the town. Have to ask him if worse happened now.

C.S.Lewis even included a passionate defense against it (see the horrors of "Experiment House", a place without such things) in his Christian indoctrination series.  And not just to defend the sodomy, he also was insistent that forced servitude and the lash were critical as well (actually he was pretty into canning).
/loved the Narnia series, didn't keep my in the church.
//not sure what to make of his "don't attack vices that don't tempt you" bit (from Mere Christianity).
///of course, it isn't like US Christianity doesn't *admit* that they really want some gay sex.
