It is an unwritten rule that if a girl/woman has a tattoo on her lower back, she is a slut (or at least "easy"). I don't know why, that's just how it works. Like Cuban mentioned previously, it's not that all girls with lower back tattoos are sluts, it's just that nearly all sluts have lower back tattoos.

promiscuous = tattoo

The presense of that type of tattoo does not always mean the wearer is promiscuous. On the other hand, if a girl is promiscuous then generally she also has this particular tattoo.

BTW, since this discussion has been mainly about ladies with tattoos, I should point out that there are rules for men too. It's a well-known fact that if a guy has a tattoo that is still visible while wearing casual business atire, he is going nowhere in life.

Basically that means no tattoos on the neck, face, or hands. Just to be on the safe side, it should also not be visible while wearing short sleaves, so nothing on the arms either.

I don't make the rules, I'm just telling you how society works. If you show up for an interview with black flames painted on your neck, you aren't getting the job.
