Well, the betting has been more obvious.

My concern is that a sluggish global economy, an expensive dollar, and Trump are not a good combination for future growth in the USA

It's a releif rally as the Market has factored this hike in for a year.

It needed to happen, and the financial people I deal with say it is long overdue.  Some are disappointed how small it was.  They feel that it will strengthen the economy in the long run.
