Do not marry a closet case. Trust me on this. I was raised by a closet case, my mother and she was the most miserable person on this planet who to this day beats up on my dad so much to the point where he is holed up in his basement man cave and won't come up until it's mealtime.

I in turn married a closet case and it was an extraordinarily miserable marriage. It's even worse when kids are involved. They won't change. They will just get mean. And as the years go on, they will get meaner. My ex took me for everything that biatch could get, to this day takes out the frustration on the one heterosexual kid, same as my mom. Both of them hate my heterosexual daughter and cause her untold amounts of grief.

I can't even call these people bi. They are repressed gays. Send their natural tendencies will eventually com out and in the mean time, they will take out all their frustrations on their family. They will target their kids for avuse. They will drive their spouses away.

Repressing homosexual urges does nobody any good whatsoever.

Absolutely, he should tell her. Save both of you a lot of problems later on.

Is she hot?

Yeah, lying about your sexuality is a great way to start a marriage.  Not.

After he tells his girlfriend, brother and sister need to kill their bigoted ignorant Bible-thumping gobshiate parents, inherit all their stuff and live happily ever after.

Or sister can go lesbian and they can have a hot incest bi three-way.

Go on vacation to the Caribbean and accidentally get all drunkenkissyface with a hot local and tell her "I need to re-evaluate".  Happened to my sister.  The guy seemed so straight that even to this day I think he just wanted out of the engagement and staged it.  He didn't start dating dudes.

Let her figure it out for herself when she gives him a blowie and wonders what that awful taste is.

Divorce your parents and move to a different state. Fight psychological torture with psychological torture.

As the son of a gay man who father two children before coming out I can personally attest that marrying a gay person and having children with them doesn't end well for anybody involved.

The truly sad part about this is that for all we joke about all of Prudie's letters being fake, this sort of thing is pretty horrifyingly uncommon.  Hell, our vice-president supports gay conversion

Worked for Rock Hudson and Liberace. Is your brother as handsome and talented as they?

From letter 3 or 4: "Karabeth the Enigma" - the thief.

Lamest D&D character ever.

The letter about the woman with the husband that is always angry and won't leave his mistress has to be the laziest thing Prudence ever wrote.

2017-03-16 10:36:56 AM
I generally consider Prudence's advice to be loony as a tune but her response about "informed consent" was spot-on.  Good lord, don't marry without being honest with your partner; it will not end well.

I feel like the obvious answer is obvious.

The brother should parley this opportunity to make sticking it in her pooper a marriage vow.

Obviously, he should launch a pre-emptive strike by rushing into a same-sex marriage while he's still young and unmarried.

Mindin' other people's business seems to be high-toned
I got all that I can do just to mind my own
Why don't you mind your own business
(Mind your own business)
If you mind your own business, you'll stay busy all the time

So when does the brother run for Congress with an (R) next to his name? He has the perfect background for it.
